That is right! Lindsay must be confined to the interior of her home in Venice, California at all times for 35 days. The 24 year-old actress continues to play with justice and she will do it again in the future. Come on! 35 days at home, watching TV, movies, playing PS3 and sleeping is not exactly a punishment.

After pleading no contest in the necklace theft case, Lindsay was sentenced to four months in jail and 480 hours of community service to be served at a women’s shelter and as a janitor for the LA County Morgue. OUCH!
Lindsay only managed to escape jail due to overcrowding issues since she is a non-violent offender. In the end, LiLo might serve only two weeks of house confinement for good behavior and budget priorities. DUI, drugs, theft… What will Lindsay pull next?
