Arnold Schwarzenegger’s housekeeper/mistress, Mildred “Patty” Baena’s ex-husband, Rogelio Baena, broke the silence and revealed Patty betrayed him by leading him to believe the 13 year-old love child was his until just a week ago in an exclusive interview for ET on Tuesday (May 24).

Patty is seriously not happy about this whole situation and claims Rogelio is a liar, who was paid a six figure paycheck to return from Colombia and spew lies. Yep, the mistress is already being represented by a lawyer, Michael Saltz, and threatening to sue “Entertainment Tonight”.

According to Patty’s legal team, Rogelio was out of the country when the child was conceived and returned to the US only after she was knocked up, so he had to know he was not the biological father of the baby boy. Rogelio and Patty separated soon after she gave birth, but they only filed for divorce recently.

Saltz declared “Mr. Baena knew then, just as he knows now, that he could not possibly have been the boy’s father” and claimed his “client has been outrageously defamed”. Saltz demands an apology and retraction ASAP OR… Patty will sue!
