Justin Timberlake’s William Rast Race Car Wins Indy 500
Justin Timberlake is a #WINNER!! The 30 year-old singer/actor/entrepreneur’s William Rast clothing line sponsored the race car driven by veteran racer Dan Wheldon, and they won the Borg-Warner Trophy at the Indy 500 in Indianapolis, Indiana on Sunday (May 29).
Justin and his childhood friend Trace Ayala founded the line “William Rast” (a combination of their grandfather’s names) back in 2006. The former ‘N Sync singer took to his Twitter to express his happiness for achieving one of his goals and dreams. As for racer Dan, he took home his second Indy 500 trophy.
“What a Memorial Day weekend! The William Rast car just won the Indy 500!!!!”, Justin tweeted. “Congrats to Dan Wheldon, the WR racing team and everyone else who put in the hard work for this victory! Unreal!”
