American Idol judge Jennifer Lopez’s ex-husband, Ojani Noa, was given the court approval to release very intimate and compromising tapes featuring footage of the singer shot while the two were married. JLo and Noa, a former waiter, tied the knot in February of 1997 to divorce less than a year later in January of 1998.

Noa and Jennifer signed a confidentiality agreement after he was fired as the manager of her restaurant Madre’s in Pasadena in October of 2002. Noa only worked as JLo’s employee for six months before being fired. So Noa was smart enough to bend the rules in their agreement and sold the tapes to his current girlfriend, Claudia Vazquez, who will release it on his behalf.

A judge has decided that Noa is free to release the tapes via his girlfriend, which means JLo is powerless to stop the public from seeing those intimate tapes filmed more than a decade ago before she became a major superstar with the 1999 hit “If You Had My Love”.

Ed Meyer, the executive producer of the JLo intimate sex tapes project told RadarOnline: “Claudia Vazquez has been allowed to release the home videos of Ojani and Jennifer. The project will deal with JLo’s rise to fame, and her marriage to Ojani. Claudia will be meeting with video distributors on Tuesday, and hopefully, a deal can be made very soon.”
