82-year-old former actress and Playboy model Yvette Vickers was found dead in her dilapidated Los Angeles home last Wednesday.

The once-stunningly beautiful blonde, who was seen briefly in Paul Newman‘s Oscar-winning movie Hud, had been living as a recluse for some time. Acting on the tips of and concern of neighbors who noticed Vickers mail piling up outdoors, police discovered the mummified remains of of the onetime 36″-24″-36″ starlet. The Los Angeles Times reports that Vickers could have been dead for almost a year.

An autopsy has been ordered but foul play is not suspected.

Her neighbor, actress Susan Savage, said:

“She kept to herself, had friends and seemed like a very independent spirit. To the end she still got cards and letter[s] from all over the world requesting photos and still wanting to be her friend.”

“We’ve all been crying about this. Nobody should be left alone like that.”

Boyd Magers, editor and publisher of the movie publication Western Clippings, was quoted saying the once ”bright, intelligent” actress grew “paranoid” in her later years and was convinced she was being stalked.

Vickers had a cameo in the famous movie Sunset Boulevard, and was also seen in cult films such as Attack of the 50 Foot Woman andAttack of the Giant Leeches.

What a sad way to go. RIP, Yvette.

UPDATE: President Obama and the White House have reversed course and are now stating that they won’t be releasing Bin Laden’s death photos for fear it will incite hatred and retaliation from al-Qaeda or other terrorist organizations. The move could be a cover by the White House of plausible deniability when and if they leak the photos through a third source to the public.

UPDATE 2: Reuters has purchased and released Bin Laden death scene photos that show bloody deaths.

The White House and President Barack Obama have decided to release at least one photo showing that former master terrorist Osama Bin Laden is in fact dead.

The release of the ‘death photo’ will likely be extremely controversial.  There will be Islamic extremists who will take the release as extremely offensive and possibly use it to recruit to al-Qaeda.

Political extremists here in the United States will probably try to use the President’s decision to release the photo as ammunition to attack the President or ‘War on Terror.’

The Drudge Report was the first to break the news that the White House was in fact going to release the image to the press.

Obama likely is releasing the photo to squash rumors that Bin Laden is still alive or that they killed the wrong man.

The photo shows a bullet wound to the skull, above his left eye.

Osama (Usama) bin Laden had been the FBI’s #1 Most Wanted Man for several years since September 11, 2001.

The photo will be one of the most viewed photos in human history.  It likely will become the #1 best selling urinal cake as well!

Video of Bin Laden’s burial at sea might also be released according to ABC News.

After a highly publicized divorce, a couple of trips to rehab and many custody issues, the two have finally reached an agreement. Mueller, who is the mother of Sheen’s twin boys Bob and Max, will receive $55,000 a month for child support. The legal papers revealed an interesting note, stating ”under no circumstances shall the child support paid by Charlie for Bob and Max be less than the child support paid by Charlie to [Sheen's ex-wife] Denise Richards for [daughters] Sam and Lola.”

Teen Mom castmembers Leah Messer, Kailyn Lowry and Maci Bookout will appear on Dr. Oz tomorrow to discuss their views on being a mom, teen pregnancy and safe sex.  I’m not sure these girls are the authority on any of those issues, but because the 10^th Annual National Day to Prevent Teen Pregnancy is coming up, (What’d you get me??) I suppose it only makes sense.

According to EXTRA, Teen Mom creator Lauren Dolgers is also scheduled to be on the program to field questions regarding the show’s effect on “public discourse and perception of teen pregnancy”.

Yawn.

The only reason I’m tuning in is because of the leaked clip from tomorrow’s episode featuring a very exhausted and tight-lipped Leah, saying she doesn’t want to talk about her relationship with Corey – at all.  What do you mean you don’t want to talk about your dissolving marriage of only six months to the father of your twin girls on national television?  It’s almost too painful to watch.

While the rest of the world collectively held its breathe in anticipation of hearing the official word on Osama Bin Laden, Matt Groening and The Simpsons cast their eyes on a much easier target to bring down, the stars of MTV’s The Jersey Shore and Bravo’s Real Housewives.

The episode, entitled The Real Housewives of Fat Tony, aired on FOX last night to mediocre reviews.  TV Fanatic slammed the attempted farce, reporting,

For whatever reason, The Simpsons also decided to turn the episode into a mediocre Jersey Shore parody a year too late with jokes far too weak compared to other animated efforts.

I agree wholeheartedly.  While it’s fun to see an animated Snooki from time to time, (I was a huge fan of South Park’s likeness) it seems like everyone and their mom is trying their hand at spoofing the successful reality phenomenon.

That’s what I call the comedic equivalent of beating up a fat kid on the playground – it’s just too easy.

Last week we told you about the rumor regarding a prenuptial agreement might have been signed by Prince William and Catherine Middleton. The rumor started because of  William’s own parents past when his mother Princess Diana got a large sum for the settlement. However, nobody confirmed nor denied this before the wedding this past Friday, until now

A group of sources that are considered royal aids have dismissed the claim. They said that no one advised him to get a prenuptial agreement like some have speculated. Those who said that the prenuptial agreement was advised to him, only to be turned down by William. Catherine Middleton quit her job prior to the wedding will have no source of income coming in for herself.

I have to say that I doubted that William and Catherine would have a prenuptial agreement. I am not even sure if that is okay in the royals opinion to even have one. Plus with Catherine’s education and family business, I doubt she would need that much from William if they were to split.

The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge are freshly married, but duties await for them. Prince William and Catherine Middleton have much to cope with for the next few weeks ahead of them. As an example, being woken up by bagpipes every single day. That will take some getting use to.

They also will step up their duties more now, partially because the Duke of Edinburgh  (Prince Phillip) will be stepping down from most public duty this summer. It is yet reported what duties the young couple will take on yet. However, they will embark on their first official visit this June as royal visit to Canada will be made.

I have to say that I think both William and Catherine are mature enough to handle this burden. They did a fabulous job at managing their wedding and the mounting stress of it. I also think that they will give each other the needed support for this type of work. What do you think?

The royal wedding of the Duke & Duchess of Cambridge who are Prince William & his wife Catherine Middleton was the wedding of the year. Yet we are only now getting the juicy details about their wedding reception.

According to US Magazine, Prince Harry gave a speech that picked fun at William. He evened dared to embarrass his dear brother on his biggest day of his life. It is reported that he mocked his brother for his bald spot, on William’s romantic side and even threw in a comment about deceased mother Princess Diana being proud. Food, dancing and general good time followed up Harry’s speech. The couple seemed to be delighted to be officially married.

I have to say that I am surprised that it took this long for the details to come out. I thought for sure by Saturday they would be out by now. What do you think about the reception details?
