The 2011 MTV Movie Awards stuck with their popular current theme from the past couple years; Twilight. This year we saw no difference! Lost of jokes and of course the stars attended. They also had 2 surprises planned, even if one fell through before the show.

I am glad to see that they choose to focus on a movie instead of picking on celebs. I think it also works out better for the show as a whole. I do wish that they could have premiered the trailer for Breaking Dawn Part 1 via the show, but sadly that was the not the case. But at least they stuck with their love of vampires throughout it.

What do you think about their Twilight craze? Should they end it or do you think  it helps their show? I think they should make the most of popular films like Twilight and Harry Potter for their own benefits.
