Twilight star Kristen Stewart rocked the red carpet in audacious safety pin dress by Balmain and high heels at the 2011 MTV Movie Awards held at the Gibson Amphitheatre in Los Angeles, California on Sunday (June 5)- more pictures below.

LOVED the dress! It’s young, fresh and fun. Kristen is a very shy girl, so that dress was perfect to give her some personality. Of course, those high heels were off as soon as Kristen left the red carpet. During the show, Kristen wore flats probably because she was worried about falling on her booty as she walked in and out of stage.

Seriously? It really was the “MoreTwilightVictories” awards! The 21 year-old actress picked the awards for Best Female, Best Kiss, and finally, Best Movie last night. Kristen was also joined by Robert Pattinson and Taylor Lautner on stage to present the not-so exclusive “Breaking Dawn – Part 1” sneak peek (watch video here).
