Teen sensation Justin Bieber, whose girlfriend, Selena Gomez, was recently hospitalized, joined fallen R&B star Chris Brown in a music video for their brand new song titled “Next To You”, featured on Chris’ latest album “F.A.M.E.“ (watch video below).

Justin tweeted, “it’s here. #NEXT2YOU …from singing @chrisbrown’s WITH YOU in my apartment to this…#DREAMBIG. thanks. #epic.” Later, he added, “whatup @chrisbrown – I think our fans might need to team up and start requesting #NEXT2YOU at local radio. #TEAMBREEZY and #TEAMBIEBER = WOW.”

In the video for “Next 2 You”, Justin and Chris survive some type of apocalyptic event and they are both searching for their true and only love. Chris’ girl is hit by a car, and he tries to get to her, but it’s too late for them, while Justin’s girl finally finds him and they kiss.
