“Jackass” star, Ryan Dunn, who died and killed Zachary Hartwell in a violent crash on Monday (June 20), was extremely drunk with a blood alcohol level of 0.196, which is more than twice the legal limit of 0.08 in Pennsylvania, when he sat behind the wheel of his Porsche.

West Goshen Police Chief, Michael Carroll, revealed that “No other substances were found in his [Ryan’s] blood other than the alcohol.”

The 34 year-old drove to his death after leaving a Philadelphia bar to take Zachary home. Ryan was also reportedly driving too fast when he lost control of the vehicle, crashed in a wooded area and the car exploded in flames. Zachary’s and Ryan’s death was extremely violent, according to the official autopsy results.
