The former Bachelorette contestant, Chris Lambton, went down on one knee to propose to his girlfriend, former Bachelor contestant Peyton Wright, at his home in Cape Cod, Massachusetts after asking her father’s permission on June 18. Chris and Peyton are officially engaged to be married!

“He’s a Southern gentleman at heart,” Peyton said. “Right after he did it, the entire family came over and joined us for a celebration at his house.”

Chris is adorable. Peyton seems to be a good girl and capable of making him happy. The 27 year-old bride-to-be still hasn’t started planning the wedding because they really haven’t had time to think about logistics and set a date yet.

“We’re just going to enjoy being engaged for awhile and worry about that later,” she says. “Once I get over the initial shock, I think we’ll sit down and start putting together our ideas of what I like, what he likes, and what we’ve both envisioned.”

The 33 year-old previously vied for the heart of Ali Fedotowsky, while Peyton was one of Andy Baldwin’s girls in the tenth season of “The Bachelor”. Chris and Peyton did not found love in the ABC’s popular dating show, but they found each other and made good friends.

“I love her and I’m so happy to be with her,” Lambton said during a Bachelor reunion party in January. “And you know what, two good things came from this show: one, meeting Peyton and two, the strong friendships I made. I have no regrets about doing the show.”

Oprah Winfrey will finally sit down with O.J. Simpson for an epic TV interview to air on OWN Network. Simpson is apparently ready to publicly confess he killed his ex-wife Nicole Brown and her friend Ronald Goldman in self-defense on June 12, 1994.

Simpson, who is currently serving a 9 year sentence for robbery and kidnapping at Lovelock Correctional Center in Nevada, reportedly decided to make Oprah’s dream come true after speaking with one of her producers.

“Oprah has been in touch with O.J. for the past year,” a source told the magazine. “She contacted him in prison to explore the possibility that he might give her an interview. He has always been a big fan of hers, but for a long time he was reluctant to say he did the crime or give the details of how it happened.”

“He told the producer: “Tell Oprah that yes, I did it. I killed Nicole, but it was in self-defence. She pulled a knife on me and I had to defend myself”,” the insider said.

Oprah is willing to go to prison to hear O.J. Simpson’s version of the events, and he is ready to give her all the details of that dreadful night. According to Simpson, Nicole didn’t respect him in front of the kids, he got angry and when she opened the door with a knife in her hand, he just snapped.

Simpson allegedly told the producer, “I like the way she treated me in front of the kids at the restaurant. I didn’t like that she was routinely having guys have sex with her at her condo with the kids there. I went over there to give her a piece of my mind”

“She was yelling go away! Go away! And waving the knife around at me. At one point she was lunging at me with the knife and I was just trying to talk to her. Nicole stepped out of the apartment – slashing the knife in the air.”

“I was in such a rage that something just snapped. I couldn’t take her constant taunting of me with other men or her using drugs and drinking while my kids were living with her. I went beserk.”

“Before I knew what I was doing I took the knife away from Nicole and started slashing at her. I cut her over and over again until she was lifeless. I was shocked at my own anger – I had killed the woman I had loved for so long.”

Despite all evidence against O.J. Simpson, who tried to escape after he left Nicole and Ronald’s lifeless bodies in a pool of blood on her driveway, he was found not guilty and has been claiming his “ innocence” ever since.

If and when Simpson decides to confess the murders, he will not suffer any consequences since the law says you cannot be judged for the same crime twice, which means justice will continue to not be served.

Just when you thoughts Chris Brown couldn’t be any more of an – insert disparaging remark here, he goes and surprises us all!

This time, the guy who beat Rihanna to a pulp, felt it was necessary to spew several homophobic remarks at some nearby cameramen who he thought alerted a metermaid that his car was illegally parked.

Now, I’m just spitballin’ here, but I wouldn’t put it past Mr. Brown to cheat an old lady out of her handicapped paring space or park in a fire lane.  The kid doesn’t seem to care about anyone but himself.

While Brown eventually sweet-talked his way out of the ticket, he certinally didn’t let that stop him from yelling, “Y’all n**gas is weak. Did you all call them to try and film me? Y’all n**gas is gay!” as he walked past the cameramen.

This isn’t Brown’s first homophobic offense.  In December of last year Brown got into a Twitter war with ex-B2K member Raz B., calling him a ”homo” and a “d**k in da booty *ss lil boy.”

The Office’s, John Krasinski may be off the market, but that doesn’t mean he’s forgotten how to have a good time!

Krasinski and Saturday Night Live’s, Jason Segal, hit up a karaoke bar in Ann Arbor, MI this week, along with Krasinski’s wife, Emily Blunt, and Community star Alison Brie.  The gang must have been itching for a little excitement because when a few bachelorette party-goers hit up the boys to serenade the bride-to-be, John and Jason were all for it!

I knew I liked these guys.

According to TMZ, Segal and a ballcap laden Krasinski, hopped up onstage and performed a rousing rendition of everybody’s favorite karaoke jam – Brown Eyed Girl.  Both the actors and the bride-to-be appeared to be having a grand old time, and even incorporated a naked blowup doll (always a bachelorette party favorite) into their act.
