It’s nice to see that us “normies” aren’t the only ones totally appalled by Real Housewife of New York, Countess LuAnn de Lessep’s, new single “Chic C’est La Vie”.

Apparently, Anderson Cooper, who is a self-professed fan of the Real Housewife franchise, blew a gasket after hearing the reality star’s attempt at a second single and jumped at the chance to blast the Countess during his CNN show, Anderson Cooper 360, adding Lu Lu to his, always popular, RidicuList.

Despite the fact that she can’t really sing, she has just released a song, and I use the term ‘song’ loosely… I’ve done some research and learned that she was actually the first wife of Count Chocula, until Frankenberry got in the way. Then she rebounded and ended up marrying the Count, although I can never remember if she was wife number two or number three.

Oh, Silver Fox, how I love thee.

Cooper went on to joke,

As I’ve said before, if you talk about class and you’re not referring to a room where kids are taught, then you have none.

We had so much fun making the video and the song and I hope everyone has fun dancing to it this summer and I’m so glad Anderson had fun talking about it last night.  Oh and by the way, I’m sure I saw Anderson dancing to “Money Can’t Buy You Class” last summer.

You sure, Countess?  Are you sure you didn’t just see Anderson getting the crap kicked out of him in Egypt and get confused?  I feel like watching someone listen to your music and seeing someone withstand a severe beating might sort of look the same.
