Weston and Nikki tied the knot in a beautiful ceremony in April 2011, and they were just both arrested for domestic violence over the weekend. Weston claims he never laid on Nikki, and that he was the real victim.

“Traditionally, the person that is abused or attacked or victimized is the one who usually breaks up with the other,” Weston said in a clip. “It’s hard to believe but I was the one abused … I got three witnesses, a video recording, I was sober. I’m not gonna be the one that gets dumped.”

Nikki apparently didn’t want to talk to her husband after he left her behind bars for longer than necessary by not posting bail. Weston took to his Facebook to announce he had decided to divorce his wife, changing his status from “married” to “it’s complicated”.

Weston wrote, “Made my choice. getting divorced. Never hit my wife. why would i start abusing after she was positive after taking a pregnant-c test.” Adding, “Have fun killing my child Breyan Prescott.”

What the heck was Weston talking about? In the past couple of days, Weston desperately tried to communicate with his wife. He is SO smart, he even posted his phone number on FB, later complaining he was being harassed by people. DUH.

Today, Weston announced he is back with his wife and love lives on. The question is for how long these two can behave like a normal couple before another meltdown.

Weston wrote on his Facebook page: “Everything is back to normal, the battle is ver. LOVE LIVES ON.” He also changed his status from “it’s complicated” back to “married”. Oh, yeah. Congratulations to the expectant parents! SCARY.
