Just days after the first picture of Lily Collins as Snow White in Tandem Singh‘s version of the classic fairy tale movie were released, Twilight star Kristen Stewart‘s first photos as the princess in Rupert Sanders film are now hitting the press. The photos were released at Comic-Con 2011, where the cast, which also features Charlize Theron as the Evil Queen, Chris Hemsworth as the Huntsman and Samuel Claflin as Prince Charmant, also took part in a press conference.

Stewart told reporters:

“I wasn’t initially jumping at the chance [to play Snow White] but she is one of the most heavy-handedly sincere, seriously doesn’t let her heart cloud her mind characters. Also, I get to have a sword and stuff.”

The dark reimagining of the story “features Snow White, having escaped from the Evil Queen’s imprisonment, off in the woods, being chased down by the Huntsman. He’s charged with returning just her heart, but when he can’t bring himself to kill her for it, they become partners in the fight against the queen.”

Theron chimed in as well, adding that this version of the film portrays a different side of Snow White:

“I know she’s going to give me a run for her money. And I’m ready for it bi**h, let’s go!”

Prince William has been known to give his new wife Kate Middleton, his mother’s jewels. Like her engagement ring, but he has now also given her his mother’s favorite matching earrings. William has had the pair changed into drop earrings. She first was spotted with them on at the Canada and US visit from in early July.

Some are saying that William sees Kate as his mother figure, while others argue that he just wants to give his wife something from his mother. No word on if Prince Harry ever got any of his mother’s jewels, but it appears that William enjoys giving them to Kate. Thus far we do not know of any other pieces that was of Princess Diana‘s that was given to Kate. However, I think we all can agree that we can expect to see more down the line.

Linda Christian, the first ever ‘Bond Girl,’ has died in Palm Desert, California, after battling colon cancer at the age of 87.

The actress is best known for her role as the main love interest Valerie Mathis in the 1954 TV adaptation of Casino Royale, playing opposite Barry Nelson as James ‘Jimmy’ Bond. She also starred in the 1944 Danny Kaye musical Up In Arms and in the 1948 film Tarzan and the Mermaids.

Christian’s breakout role in the Bond film eventually paved the way for actresses such as Ursula Andress, Denise Richards and Halle Berry.

She is survived by her daughter Romina Power, as well as eight grandchildren.

Christian was stunning! RIP.

After being engaged for less than three months, reality star Kristin Cavallari and her fiance, Chicago Bears quarterback Jay Cutler, have called off their engagement. What a fairy tale!

Two sources confirmed the split, one claiming that Cavallari was actually dumped by Cutler. “She got dumped. She’s absolutely devastated. She can’t believe this is happening,” said the source.

The two were said to be planning a spring wedding, even making arrangements for Cavallari to move to Chicago for the upcoming football season. Gossip Girl actress Leighton Meester is suing her mother, Constance Meester, claiming that money the actress sent to her younger brother was intercepted by her mother and used for plastic surgeries, Botox and hair extensions.

Supposedly, Constance refused to work, so Leighton, feeling bad for her little brother, who suffers from severe medical issues, decided she would provide $7,500 for her mother to provide for him. Constance ended up using the money for personal expenses, even cosmetic surgeries.

The suit also claims that Constance tried to convince Leighton they had an oral agreement that she would provide her mother with $10,000 a month for life, which Leighton says is a total lie. The actress also said her mother threatened her with a $3 million lawsuit if she didn’t start providing the money they had agreed on.

Comedy Central funnyman, Dave Chappelle, phoned in a recent charity performance in Miami – literally.

According to reports, the former Chappelle Show star who was appearing at a charity event put on by NBA great Alonzo Mourning, seemed more interested in checking his text messages than telling jokes.  CNN reporter Roland S. Martin was in attendance at the event for Mourning’s youth charity and chronicled the entire debacle.

[Chapelle]‘s spent more time going back & forth with one audience member, & pretty much stopped telling jokes … He got texted four times during his show and actually checked them … He’s just staring at the crowd & sighing … He’s been on stage 46 minutes & told one joke.

C’mon Dave!  I know you’re not making any money for this show, but at least pretend like you want to be there!

Apparently, Chappelle was more than a little peeved after a fan decided to heckle him during the show and retaliated by giving the crowd the silent treatment.  What is up with the standup comedian community lately!?  Can’t you guys just get on stage and make us laugh, without making headlines?

Teen Mom star, Amber Portwood, who is currently in the middle of a rehab stint at Passages Malibu, is already thinking about where she’s headed after she completes her treatment.  And it looks like it won’t be back to Anderson, Indiana!

According to an interview with E! Online, Portwood’s brother, Shawn Portwood, wants his sister to relocated to Tennessee so he can be closer to her and help her get her life back together.

That way I can help her get control of her life… She would be better off here than at home [in Indiana] with people who have a negative effect on her.

I want to believe you Shawn, I really do, but if you really want your sister to get the help she needs and get out of the public eye, why are you talking to E!?

Whether his efforts are sincerely altruistic or not, Shawn has made several appearances on Teen Mom in which he appears to want his sister to get her life back in order.

If Amber stays in Anderson, she will get into trouble, whether it be a fight with Gary or something else…  She can spend time in jail and have no chance of seeing Leah, or be around people who will better influence her. She has the money to see Leah whenever she wants until she regains control of her life and, hopefully, custody of Leah. Gary has custody now and it’s not good because he holds that over her head when they fight.

Maybe making the move to Nashville would be the right decision for the 21-year-old; things certainly can’t get any worse for Amber.  However, speaking as a Nashvillian myself, I think one Teen Mom castmember in our fair city is quite enough.

Looks like Teen Mom stars, Catelynn Lowell and Tyler Baltierra, who recently moved into an apartment together, are in the market for a new place to hang their hats!

After signing their lease in front of MTV cameras back in August of last year, the 19-year-olds are reportedly being evicted from their Marine City, MI apartment for failing to pay rent – since December 2010!   The couple, who is best known for giving their daughter, Carly, up for adoption during Season 1 on 16 & Pregnant, are being taken to court by their landlord for the seven months of back rent.

According to reports, after appearing in court, Tyler and Catelynn were merely ordered to cough up their $450 security deposit as well as write a check for $450 in back rent.  Not bad considering they owed about $3,000!

I guess it’s back to living with their parents!  Who just happen to be the same people…

Actress Lily Collins, who is the daughter of musician Phil Collins, has earned herself the lead role in Tarsem Singh‘s dark vision of the classic Brothers Grimm fairytale Snow White. Fans first look at the up-and-coming actress in the role was revealed at Comic-Con 2011.

The 22-year-old joins actress Julia Roberts, who will portray the Evil Queen, as well as Armie Hammer (best known for his role in the Social Network) who has been cast Prince Andrew Alcott.

The actress told reporters:

“I keep saying to everyone I feel like I’m walking into a snow globe, a fairy tale, every single day. It’s so epic. I was part of a costume ball today, so you can only imagine the outfits.”

Singh’s Snow White is expected to hit theatres on March 16, 2012, while rival film Snow White and the Huntsman, starring Kristen Stewart, is set to open June 1, 2012.
