The View’s Joy Behar is known for her not so chirpy side of the panel. But she surprised the country when the news came out that the anti-marriage activist is now a married woman! Joy finally married her long time boyfriend of 29 years.

They got married in secret on Thursday night. Joy, who has previously admitted that they thought about marriage, but decided against it back in 2009, is now in her second marriage. Some could argue that the talk about her co-host Sherri Shepherd’s wedding is what pushed her to see how exciting marriage is, but we have no proof. Either way this is good news for Joy and Steve Janowitz, her new husband. On the 15th season premier of The View Joy is slated to talk about her choice. The 15th season will premier on September 6th.
