Real Housewives of Orange County star Alexis Bellino is lashing out at In Touch Weekly after the tabloid alledgedly released false information regarding the stay-at-home-MILF’s financial situation.  This week’s issue of In Touch features a photo of Bellino and the word “BANKRUPT” splashed across the front cover.

I guess discretion isn’t usually the name of the game in the tabloid biz…

The article, which focuses on the stars of the Real Housewives franchise and their financial woes, claims that not only are the Bellinos “Bankrupt! Evicted! Foreclosed!” but that they won’t even admit that they are facing hard times.

After selling off her home at a fraction of its cost to avoid foreclosure, Alexis Bellino still refuses to admit she and her husband … have money troubles.

According to TMZ, the Bellino’s attorney has issued a “cease and desist” letter to In Touch, calling their behavior,” patent, malicious, and libelous” as his client is in “great financial health”.

Suuuuuure, that’s what they all say…
