Heather Bormann Accuses Matthew Fox Of Assault
A woman named Heather Bormann (picture below) admitted she felt the need to defend herself against “Lost” actor Matthew Fox after he allegedly assaulted her while trying to board a party bus driven by the victim in Cleveland, Ohio on Saturday night (August 27).
The 45 year-old actor was allegedly totally wasted and wouldn’t take no for an answer when Heather told him he was not welcome on the bus. Matthew got impatient and reportedly punched Heather’s breast and stomach. The woman did not hesitate to strike back, punching him in the mouth and causing a cut on the actor’s lip.
Bormann says, “He just kept staring at me with his mouth wide open and not saying anything. I told him, ‘You have to leave buddy. You are trespassing on my bus.’” Fox “leaned in and started punching my crotch and breast.”
“I took one hand to his jaw and he was spitting blood. He stumbled backwards. This was my self-defense,” Bormann says … adding, “This was the only way I could protect myself…..from a man beating up on a woman.”
Matthew ended up being handcuffed by an off-duty cop, but he was not formally arrested. Later, he was released to a friend who took him back to his hotel. The woman is thinking about pressing charges. Although crazy drunks are hard to subdue, this incident was obviously blown out of proportion.
