Real Housewives of Orange County star Alexis Bellino is lashing out at In Touch Weekly after the tabloid alledgedly released false information regarding the stay-at-home-MILF’s financial situation.  This week’s issue of In Touch features a photo of Bellino and the word “BANKRUPT” splashed across the front cover.

I guess discretion isn’t usually the name of the game in the tabloid biz…

The article, which focuses on the stars of the Real Housewives franchise and their financial woes, claims that not only are the Bellinos “Bankrupt! Evicted! Foreclosed!” but that they won’t even admit that they are facing hard times.

After selling off her home at a fraction of its cost to avoid foreclosure, Alexis Bellino still refuses to admit she and her husband … have money troubles.

According to TMZ, the Bellino’s attorney has issued a “cease and desist” letter to In Touch, calling their behavior,” patent, malicious, and libelous” as his client is in “great financial health”.

Suuuuuure, that’s what they all say…

“Scrubs” star Donald Faison finally went down on one knee to propose to his longtime girlfriend CaCee Cobb, who happily accepted to become Mrs. Faison. The couple is now engaged to be married soon.

The engagement rumors started when Donald’s former co-star, Zach Braff, congratulated the couple on Twitter. Zack tweeted, “Congrats to @donald_faison and @caceecobb on their engagement. Just wish I was there to run around you both with sparklers.”

Donald responded to that by tweeting, “If you like it then you better put a Ring on it. –Beyonce.” CaCee added, “If she likes it then she better say YES!!” And that is exactly what she did.

All very classic and classy. The groom wore an Ermenegildo Zegna tuxedo with a white jacket and tie.

Kim and Kris exchanged vows and Lorraine Schwartz wedding bands in front of their special guests, which included celebs like Lindsay Lohan, Eva Longoria, Ryan Seacrest and girlfriend Julianne Hough, Mario Lopez, Avril Lavigne, Demi Lovato, Ciara, Serena Williams and Maria Menounos, just to name a few.

Grammy award-winning singer/songwriter Robin Thicke introduced “Mr. and Mrs. Humphries” before singing the hit “Angels” for the lovebirds’ first dance as husband and wife, followed by “Let’s Stay Together”. The bridesmaids and groomsmen delivered the traditional speeches.

Later in the evening, Kim did another wardrobe change and reappeared in a crepe-back, V-neck satin gown with a circle skirt, again by Vera Wang, to officially get the party started with a DJ.

After being brutally attacked AND hit by a taxi two weeks ago, it looks like Gavin DeGraw is finally on the mend.

In case you missed it, the singer/songwriter was severely beaten and mugged by three unknown men while in Manhattan in early August.  Disoriented by the attack, DeGraw stumbled into traffic and was struck by an oncoming taxi.  Luckily, witnesses were on-hand and called emergency services immediately.

TMZ cameras caught up with the 34-year-old yesterday and besides a small bandage on the bridge of his nose, DeGraw looked as good as new.  As good as new and thoroughly annoyed at being accosted by the paparazzi…

Although information regarding the identity of the three assailants is still spotty, DeGraw isn’t letting that get him down and seemed eager to report that he is looking forward to rejoining Train and Maroon 5 on tour “hopefully soon”.

In the wake of Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star, Russell Armstrong’s suicide, former Real Housewife of New Jersey, Danielle Staub is speaking out regarding what may have driven him to take his own life.

In an interview with EXTRA Staub shared that she too was driven to the edge as a result of being a media target.

“I completely understand reasons why he might have had the thoughts… I’ve had similar thoughts myself.

Staub went on to add that there is no way to prepare for the tremendous backlash that comes along with appearing on the hit BRAVO reality show, but she does not blame the show for Armstrong’s death.

I don’t think it’s the show to blame. We sign on for this. I’m going to put it very simply; this is what we signed on to do. We’re just not accustomed to what’s about to happen.

I think that’s the first sane thing I’ve ever heard that woman say.

Here’s the hard truth:  These people SIGN UP to be on national television.  We’ve all been around reality TV long enough to know the power that is has.  If you decide to put you and your family under the intense scrutiny of the pop culture media, you better be prepared to deal with the consequences.

Of course, that’s not to say that what happened to the Armstrong family is anything short of a horrible tragedy, but maybe it will cause people to think twice before fighting tooth and nail to get their 15-minutes of fame.

Real Housewives of Miami star, Alexia Echevarria’s 13-year-old son Frankie Echevarria was seriously injured in a car accident Sunday night.

While many of the details of the of the incident are unknown, including the identity of the driver, reports say that Frankie was riding in the passenger seat at the time and that unusually slick roads may have been to blame.

Alexia took to her Twitter Friday to update her nearly 10,000 followers regarding her son’s condition.

Frankie’s pelvic surgery went well today thanks to God and all your prayers… He is stable and getting stronger day by day.

Apparently Frankie is making huge strides towards improving his condistion, as just this morning the editor of Venue Magazine Tweeted,

Good Morning! VERY optimistic. Frankie keeps progressing with God’s will and all of your prayers. Thanks for your love and prayers
