Although Jersey Shore star, Nicole “Snooki” Polizzi has gone back and forth on the issue, sources say that the Princess of Poughkeepsie will be officially joining the cast of this year’s Dancing with the Stars.

According to a source close to the ABC reality hit, Queen Latifah, Tiffani Thiessen (note the drop of the “Amber” – Kelly Kapowski is all grown up!) and Rob Kardashian will also compete on the show’s 13th season.

Snooki won’t be the first Jersey Shore member to sashay their way across the DWTS dance floor; let’s not forget Season 11 and the sad, sad appearance of Mike “The Situation” Sorrentino, who was unable to smooth talk his way into the winner’s circle.

I wonder if Snooki will be able to first pump her way into the judges’ hearts…

Twilight star Kristen Stewart is on the cover of the new September 2011 ‘W‘ magazine and she looks extremely hot.

Jersey Shore star, Jenni “JWoww” Farley is being sued by a couple of Oklahomans who claim that the buxom brunette ripped off their tanning lotion bottle idea.

Oh the intrigue…

Apparently, these good ol’ boys approached the MTV maven several months back about endorsing their product and the two parties were close to penning a deal, when JWoww suddenly put on the breaks.

Fast forward a few months and you’ve got JWoww launching her own, hugely successful, tanning lotion line in conjunction with Australian Gold.

JWoww’s camp is yet to comment on the suit, but it all sounds pretty fishy to me.

Then again, everything on The Shore smells a little fishy…

According to reports, Teen Mom star, Gary Shirley, father to a precious little two-year-old baby girl, spent an embarrassing 11 hours in a 24-hour strip club in Miami, earlier this summer.

Apparently the guy who now has SOLE custody of his daughter, Leah, dropped 5G’s to look at a bunch of half naked girls with dead eyes prancing around on stage and listlessly twirling around a pole.  Yeah, that sounds like $5,000 well spent.  Good work Dad!

This isn’t Gary’s first screw up.  Back in May, the 21-year-old was busted for driving with a suspended license and since then doesn’t seem to have made much progress in the “growing up” department.

Shirley’s camp is yet to comment on the incident, but you can be sure as soon as they do, Gary will let us all know his side of the story via his super PC Twitter account.

Sesame Street odd couple, Ernie and Bert made headlines this week after an online petition urged the PBS mainstay to marry the longtime roommates.

Nearly 5,000 e-signatures were attached to the petition, which asked Sesame Street creators to make an honest couple out of the uni-browed puppets, but the Sesame Workshop was quick to announce that they will not be tying the knot for any of their characters anytime soon.

According to the Sesame Street Facebook page,

Bert and Ernie are best friends.  They were created to teach preschoolers that people can be good friends with those who are very different from themselves.  Even though they are identified as male characters and possess many human traits and characteristics … they remain puppets, and do not have a sexual orientation.

C’mon everyone, Bert and Ernie are obviously gay.  You know Jim Henson and the rest of his puppetmasters had a good laugh in the writer’s room when they created these two.  But really, who cares?  Gay or straight, Ernie and Bert are the best characters on Sesame Street and I, for one, don’t want anything about that to change.

We all know, if those two got hitched, Bert would become even more of a nag then he already is and before you could say “Snuffleupagus“, Ernie and Rubber Duckie would be packing their things and moving in with Big Bird.

Plus, am I the only one seeing the true hot button issue here?  The real reason Sesame Street refuses to marry these two?

Last night Jani Lane, famous for being the lead singer of the heavy metal band Warrant in the 80′s and 90′s, was found dead at the Comfort Inn near Los Angeles.

The band had many hits but was best known for it’s racy ‘Cherry Pie’ song and video (WATCH HERE).

Jani’s death wasn’t a shock to everyone as he had battled alcohol addiction along with other issues over the years.

Warrant’s Jani Lane was found dead last night inside a Los Angeles hotel room.  He had battled addiction throughout his life.

Warrant was one of the top heavy metal bands of the last 80′s and early 90′s.

‘Cherry Pie’ was by far the most successful and recognizable song by the group.  Teenage boys wore out VHS tape after VHS tape recording the video off of MTV and VH1 to watch over and over. It was epic, over the top, and very sexual for television at the time.

Jani Lane, who rose to fame as the singer of heavy metal band Warrant, was found dead at 47 tonight at the Comfort Inn hotel in a Woodland Hills, California.

Warrant, with hits like ‘Cherry Pie,’ ‘Uncle Tom’s Cabin,’ and ‘Heaven,’ was one of the top metal bands of the early 90′s battling it out with Motley Crue, Poison, and Guns N’ Roses.

Amy Winehouse has not been dead for even a month and her home was already robbed. Her father Mitch Winehouse reported that her home was robbed and personal items were stolen. Her father reported that 2 lyric books were stolen, but rumors have stated that other items were stolen as well.
