Teen Mom star, Catelynn Lowell may have given her daughter Carly up for adoption during the first season of 16 & Pregnant, but the 20-year-old is still worried about losing a connection with her two-year-old.

While Catelynn and boyfriend, Tyler Baltierra have established yearly visitation rights with Carly’s adoptive parents, Catelynn fears that she may be eventually shut out by her daughter’s new mommy and daddy.

I really don’t feel like I’m doing the things I need to do to build the type of relationship I want… It’s scary, because I don’t want them to shut me out.  People always tell [me] ‘you aren’t a mom.’ We are moms, but in a different way. We’re not their parents, but we are moms.

In an interview with US Weekly Catelynn shared that during her most recent visit with Carly she and Tyler both had different approaches to spending time with their daughter.

Tyler jumped right in and played with her, but I was a little standoffish and let her come to me…

I truly feel for Catelynn.  She and Tyler made a responsible choice, and are now having to deal with the emotional consequences, without any support from their parents.  All two of them…

Former talk show host Ricki Lake, 42, is now engaged to her beau of a year, Christian Evans.

Along with a picture of her and her new fiance, the original Hairspray star Tweeted:

“Thrilled to share some happy news with you.”

Earlier this summer, Lake described Evans to reporters as “a nobody, but he’s a somebody to me. He’s everything to me.” She said she was in no rush to walk down the aisle, but added: ”I’m totally in love,” she said. “I’m happier than I’ve ever been.”

Lake was previously married to Rob Sussman, whom she divorced in 2005. She has two children with him–Milo, 14, and Owen, 10.

Bumpshack first reported that psuedo-Real Housewife of New Jersey Kim G. and Michael Lohan were dating back in April, but apparently things have taken a turn for the uber-serious.

Gag me.

According to reports, Kim G. and her man are quite smitten with each other (and keeping their faces in the public eye, but that’s whole separate can of reality TV worms.) and are willing to gush about their romance to anyone who will listen.

He Is always so willing to help out. He is very outgoing and nice and kind to everyone. He likes to get up before me and makes breakfast or goes out and gets it. I have never had anyone wait on me like that.

Alright, I suppose that sounds normal enough.  Maybe they really have found true love!

…We met in January filming a pilot for a show. We always kept in contact and then he invited me to Florida prior to visiting him on the set of Celebrity Rehab…

Kim went on to over-share that:

As far as a lover, I don’t want to comment other than he is very affectionate.

Um, nobody asked you how he was as a “lover” Kim, and don’t use that word, it’s revolting.

If this disgusting union somehow results in marriage, as my gift, I will be sending vouchers for a lifetime’s worth of therapy for each of their children.  Except Lindsay, she’s on her own.

Despite rumors that Nicole ‘Snooki’ Polizzi and boyfriend Jionni LaValle called it quits while the Jersey Shore cast was filming in Italy, it appears the two lovebirds are back together and now going stronger than ever.

During her appearance on Good Morning America this week (who knew Guidos could wake up before noon!?) Snooki opened up about wanting to settle down with Jionni at some point in the not-so-distant future.

Settle down?  Does that mean no more Commando Cartwheels?

According to Snooks, she’s already begun tempering her wild ways.

I’ve calmed down already. I don’t hook up anymore…I’ll always be this crazy, fun person, but when it’s time to get married, I’m going to be an amazing wife.

Is this your idea of calming down?  News flash missy, drunkenly groping a potted plant usually doesn’t fly once you say “I do.”

Nevertheless, the “former” party animal believes that, when the time comes, it’s LaValle she wants to start a family with.

Jionni is a great guy so I’m so down for making Guido babies with him… Not yet. I’m only 23, but eventually I would love to get married… We’re going strong…I love him, and we’re gonna get married, no matter what anyone says.

I guess there’s nothing left to say to that except, “Salud”.

On July 14th I started a 314 mile running race called The Last Annual Vol State 500K.  The race started in Missouri for a brief bit before we caught a ferry across the Mississippi River to Kentucky. From there we headed south to Tennessee for the next 290 miles or so of the race before we dipped down into Alabama and finally finished atop Sand Mountain in Georgia.

19 unique and twisted souls started this race and 13 finished it.  I finished the race in 8 days and 7 minutes.

It was an epic race full of many stories of adventure and mishap at times.

Here is a brief excerpt from my Run It Fast race report:

I kept looking at my watch and counting the minutes as they continued to fly by without any word from Blake. I started to have all kinds of horrendous scenarios play out in my head. The most popular of which involved a gang of wild rednecks carjacking and killing Blake.  The more time that passed, the more assured I was that he was in fact dead.

Finally, I called and someone immediately answered Blake’s cell then hung up. Panic flooded me as the redneck had found Blake’s phone and immediately shut if off once it started ringing. I texted, “Where are you?,” to which the person responded “Where are you?” as well. Great, now they are pretending to be Blake to ease my worries and keep me off their trail.

Teen Mom star, Jenelle Evans was back behind bars again this week for parole violations stemming back to a failed drug test earlier this summer, in which she tested positive for THC.

According to Evans’ attorney, Dustin Sullivan, the MTV star also violated her probation by having contact with on again/off again boyfriend and fellow jail bird, Kieffer Delp on July 16th and August 6th.  While Evans has been arrested before on numerous occasions, this is the first time she could be facing any substantial time in the slammer.

She’s facing a 45-day active sentence… The judge could put her in jail for 45 days. Up to this point, I’ve had 12 or 13 charges dismissed. I’ve never had to have that conversation with her until now.

Jenelle has had “12 or 13″ charges dismissed?  What happened to “zero tolerance” and “three strikes and you’re out”?  I guess reality TV stars really are above the law.

Evans’ $10,000 bail was posted on Monday evening, so the 19-year-old didn’t have to spend a night in jail… yet.  The troublemaker is due back in court on August 24th.

Let’s see if good ol’ Dustin can get her charges dismissed for a 14th time!

Jersey Shore star, Mike “The Situation” Sorrentino made his 2011 debut appearance on The Tonight Show with Jay Leno last night and quite frankly, could not have looked like a bigger, excuse my French, D-bag.

Sitch was the follow up act to Leno’s first (real) guest, The Social Network star, Jesse Eisenberg and received a standing ovation from the crowd as he waltzed on stage donning some sort of glittery sports jacket and more moose in his fohawk than a team of 1980′s cheerleaders.

After asking about Sorrentino’s authentic Italian roots, Leno moved on to the question that was burning on everybody’s mind: How does one pick up chicks in Italy?  Oh, and he threw Mr. Eisenberg completely under the bus for this one.

Let’s say Jesse is an attractive Italian woman, sitting there minding his own business, having a drink at the bar, what would you say?

For those of you with weak stomachs, you may not want to stick around for this.

Sitch opened with,

Well, you know, I would have to say, ‘Ciao, signorina’– that means ‘hello, miss’ in Italian…

To which Eisenberg quipped, “I don’t think I would respond to that.”  That’s what happens when you make an “A List” actor share the couch with an MTV reality star – the claws come out!

Mike quickly countered with,

Then I’d proceed to go in for some kind of compliment… I would say, ‘siete dolci’ — you are sweet. From that particular point, I’m ‘andiamo alla casa’ — let’s go to the house.

At that point, Sitch started explaining the concept “twinning” and I just couldn’t take anymore.  Can you blame me?

According to reports, Jersey Shore star Mike “The Situation” Sorrentino has signed another six-figure endorsement deal – this time, it’s to be the face of Boca Tanning Club.  It’s a pretty sweet deal, considering that not only will Sitch get upwards of $100,000 to plug the tanning salon, but his company MPS Entertainment, which he co-owns with his brother, will also become part owners in the business

I wonder if Sitch will design little tiny “Situation” stickers that girls can wear to get tan tattoos?  Now THAT would be Jerseylicious.

Mike says he plans to open at least four more Boca’s in New Jersey in the near future and hopes to have Sorrentino friends and family working in each of the salons.  I can see the Jersey Shore fanatics now, all clamoring to get a tan where The Situation’s uncle’s cousin’s sister’s friend works.

So far this year, Sitch has landed endorsement deals with a clothing line and a tanning salon; so all that’s left to complete the GTL-ing trifecta is a gym endorsement!

In a recent interview with PEOPLE Magazine, the ever-dramatic Jill Zarin teased that she will be leaving the cast of The Real Housewives of New York for good after the hellish ordeal that was Season 4.

Yeah, yeah, yeah – we’ve all heard this one before Mama Jill; last time, it was because you were so heartbroken over your defunct friendship with Bethenny Frankel.  The day you walk away from reality television will be the day that Miley Cyrus and Lindsay Lohan figure out how to fix the deficit.

Nevertheless, Jill insists that this past season was too much for her delicate constitution and her mind was all but made up after filming the RHONY: Reunion Special.

The damage is done… I don’t know if I can film with these girls… During the reunion, [Ramona was] hitting below the belt. I tried to be a friend to Ramona. And I thought that she was acting a little bit erratic, more so than before. I was trying to help her and point it out.

Yeah, I don’t know about you, but if I had a drinking problem, the last thing I would want is one of my “friends” pointing it out to me on national television.  Am I right, Kim Richards?

For those die hard Jill Zarin fans out there – fear not!  If Jilly Bean truly is leaving the cast of RHONY for good, you will still be able to catch her on the BRAVO spin-off she’s reportedly spearheading.

Some guys have all the luck.  Bad luck, that is.

Moments after being brutally assaulted by multiple attackers late Sunday night, singer-songwriter, Gavin DeGraw was hit by a taxi in downtown New York City.  Luckily, several witnesses were on the scene and immediately called emergency services.

According to DeGraw’s camp, Gavin, who is currently in the midst of a summer tour with Train and Maroon 5, was transported to Bellevue Hospital and is being treated for,

…Multiple serious injuries — including a concussion, broken nose, black eyes, cuts and bruises.

A representative for DeGraw went on to add that,

Police are conducting an investigation of the attack. Gavin and his family appreciate everyone’s concern at this time. We have no information yet regarding his upcoming concert dates and promotion for his new album.

Yeah, no one asked about his upcoming album you schmuck.  I think at this point in time all Gavin’s fans are concerned about is a speedy recovery, but way to try and twist a tragedy into another way to line your pockets.

Real Housewives of New York star and pop diva extraordinaire, Countess LuAnn de Lesseps took a page from a different playbook this summer and decided to say “adios” to her house in the Hamptons and spend a few weeks traveling across Europe with her French beau, Jacques Azoulay.

Ooh la la!

According to Radar Online, the Countess spent the off-season traveling to Paris, Corsica and Bonifacio with Jacques and her two children, Victoria and Noel.

The kids joined us too. Victoria started a summer program to study art history in Paris, and Noel went on to Switzerland to spend time with his dad.

What was The Countess’ favorite city?  Paris, bien sûr! Paris, of course!

We started our summer vacation in Paris on Fourth of July weekend… We love Paris, and Jacques’ family lives there.

I wonder if any Parisians asked for a live rendition of “chic c’est la vie“?

I think the Countess had the right idea getting out of New York for the summer.  After all the craziness that ensued during the RHONY Reunion, escaping to Europe to get as far away from the other housewives as possible sounds like a fantastic idea!

Although, I wonder if LuAnn’s heard about Jill Zarin’s impending move to London?

After several seasons spent looking for love after the passing of ex-boyfriend, Derek Underwood, Teen Mom star, Farrah Abraham has finally found Mr. Right!

According to reports, the 20-year-old reality star is dating 23-year-old internet entrepreneur, Daniel Alvarez.  The couple, who had their first date at a P.F. Chang’s in late June, were set up by a random woman Abraham met in a New York airport.  When I’m waiting in an airport, I always do my best to avoid in depth relationship small talk with strangers, but hey, that’s just me.  In an recent interview with Life & Style Magazine, Farrah opened up about the unconventional love connection,

She said, ‘I have a friend you should go on a blind date with.’ It’s the most random way I’ve ever met somebody!  I introduced [him to Sophia] right away… It’s like a perfect little family. He’s great with Sophia.

The couple was spotted in a Miami area park earlier this week, eating ice cream and having a blast with 3-year-old Sophia.  Looks like this could really be a match made in heaven – or in the JFK Airport Terminal… either way, we’re happy to see that Farrah has someone in her life who makes her and Sophia happy!

I just hope Daniel isn’t just hanging around so he can meet Minka Kelly on the set of the new Charlie’s Angels…
