The cast of The Jersey Shore were big winners on Saturday night’s 2011 Teen Choice Awards, hosted by Big Bang Star, Kaley Cuoco.  The hit MTV reality show, which was nominated for the Choice TV: Reality Show surfboard, came out on top over the popular E! reality programs, Khloe & Lamar and Kourtney & Kim Take Miami.

Not bad for a bunch of kids from Jersey, right?

But the big winner of the night was DJ Pauly D, who was voted Choice TV: Male Reality/Variety Star by the nearly 100 million votes cast.  Pauly D beat out, Khloe & Lamar star, Lamar Odom, The Bachelor Star, Brad Womack and fellow Shore star, Mike “The Situation” Sorrentino.  The Situation hasn’t commented on losing out to his roommate, but it looks like there might be a little friendly competition brewing between the two former wingmen…

None of the Shore stars were present to accept their Surfboards, but said a did send a big “thank you” through a prerecorded message.

Ahhh, the “prerecorded acceptance speech”.  Nothing says, “I couldn’t possibly care less about your award show” like accepting an award via a prerecorded message.   See you kids at the Emmys!

Surprisingly, it wasn’t the crazy hookups or drunken spats that had Jersey Shore fans all a-twitter after this week’s season premiere.  The most talked about aspect of the Season 4 premiere was Jenny “JWoww” Farley’s new role as the incredible shrinking woman.

The formerly buxom beauty was noticeably thinner on the reality show’s first episode, which attracted nearly 8.8 million viewers, most of whom, were bummed that the star’s waistline appeared drastically smaller and facial features appeared, somewhat… enhanced.

Jersey Shore fans took to their Twitter to bash the star’s new found physique,

omg jwoww lost alot of weight! she looks weird…

Yea she looked too small! & her face looked really tight.

And my personal favorite,

I liked JWoww much better when he played Lord Voldemort.

According to US Weekly,

Farley’s features seemed enhanced by injectables like Botox to her crow’s feet and forehead, as well as possible fillers around her nose and mouth.  There have even been suggestions that along with her weight loss, J-WOWW had plastic surgery, thinning down her nose and chin

While it certainly appears that Ms. Farley has had some work done, JWoww spoke out to rebuff the rumors via her Twitter,

Flattered I’m the topic of tabloids… Funny what people assume when u lose weight and tone.  Love the stories.

Well, I guess we’ll all just have to continue to tune in and watch JWoww’s forehead for signs of life.

While exiting a cruise ship in Miami on Sunday afternoon, Outkast rapper Big Boi (real name Antwan Patton) was arrested for drug possession.

Divas AND friends?!? I can’t believe it! Lady GaGa took a night off from her hectic schedule to take in Britney Spears‘ Femme Fatale show in Atlantic City on Saturday night.

Britney took it upon herself to tell the crowd, ”I have a very special guest tonight…Lady Gaga is here.” And of course the crowd went absolutely nuts. Two pop princesses in one place! GaGa, who was sitting in the front floor section, stood up and made a a heart sign with her hands and Britney hearted her right back.

GaGa ducked out of the show during the encore along with her security to avoid the crowds. She was seen at the blackjack tables at the Borgata Resort later that night.

Again with this getting “arrested thing”, Kieffer?  Don’t you have any other interests?  Hiking, yoga, stuffing meat down your pants inside of a Food Lion?  Oh, wait…

Teen Mom 2 star, Kieffer Delp, is in trouble with the law again and this time, it’s for assault.  The troubled on again/off again boyfriend of Jenelle Evans, was arrested on June 16th for beating up two people in front of a convenience store in North Carolina.

What could’ve possibly happened to cause Kieffer to punch TWO people at a jiffy store?  Oh, did I mention that one of the punch recipients was a girl!?  What is wrong with this guy!?

When police arrived on the scene Kieffer was nowhere to be found and the man he assaulted was “bleeding heavily”.  According to reports, “Kieffer turned himself in a week later and was arrested for simple assault and assault on a female.”

What is “simple assault” anyway?  Assaulting someone in a no-nonsense way?  Maybe you’ve decided that you don’t have the time or energy to think of a creative way to beat them up, so you just go for a good, old fashioned, punch-in-the-nose.

I’m sure Kieffer can explain it to me in perfect detail after he’s arraigned in court on August 31st.
