Prince William‘s new wife, the Duchess of Cambridge, Kate Middleton, has proven herself to be quite the commoner, which is always refreshing. Kate was seen sporting some recycled fashion pieces while in Scotland for Queen Elizabeth‘s eldest granddaughter Zara Phillips‘ wedding to rugby player Mike Tindall.

The first time Kate was spotted, she was attending an evening reception toasting for Phillips and Tindall. The Duchess of Cambridge recycled a green silk Diane von Furstenberg “Maja” dress she was previously seen wearing on her visit to Los Angeles weeks earlier. The green frock was perfect for an evening gathering.

The next day, at Phillips’ ceremony, Kate shopped her closet for another familiar piece: a cream colored double-breasted coat she was seen wearing at Laura Parker Bowles‘ wedding in 2006. The Duchess switched up her head piece and wore a much larger hat compared to the feathered fascinator she wore in 2006.

This makes me love Kate even more. She’s a royal–but a normal royal at that!

Well, it seems that the feud between Kelly and Aguilera is far from over. On a recent episode of E!’s Fashion Police, Joan Rivers commented that Aguilera looked a little too ”stuffed into” a black Givenchy dress she wore to an event, even going as far as to call the singer to “Snooki‘s Scandinavian cousin.” Sad, but SO true, Joan.

Kelly took it upon herself to take the criticism even further, saying: ”Maybe she is just becoming the fat bitch she was born to be. I don’t know. She was a c**t to me. Hysterical! I love Kelly because she speaks her mind. And Aguilera must have done something heinous to get a response like that. Serves ya right!

Welcome to another installment of Bumpshack’s Top 8 Jersey Shore moments, as we countdown the days until the Season 4 premiere!  We’re getting so close!!

Moment #2

Our #2 favorite Jersey Shore moment comes from Episode 9 of Season 1 – the infamous Mike “The Situation” Sorrentino / Nicole “Snooki” Polizzi hot tub hookup.  Ew!  Ew!  Ew!

After being turned down for a hot tub hang out by the other roommates, Snooki and Sitch decide to brave the chilly Jersey night air alone and venture up on to the roofdeck to sit in some really hot water and drink straight vodka.  An activity also known as: getting really drunk, really fast.

So that’s what they did.  And then they sucked face.  And it was gross.  And we all watched it.  And we’re all a little bit scarred from it.

The worst part of it is, Snooki spent almost the entire summer complaining that she wasn’t hooking up on The Shore, and then she went and ruined her perfect streak by playing some super sloppy tonsil hockey with The Situation on one of their last nights.  Couldn’t she have just held on until the next summer when she was sort of famous?  I’m sure her reality TV fame would’ve gotten her at least a handful of on-camera makeouts!

The highlight of our #2 moment comes when Mike reaches a moment of clarity and realizes who he’s making out with and jumps out of the hot tub, claiming he has to pee and he’ll “be right back”.  He knows he’s not coming back.  We all know he’s not coming back.  The only one who doesn’t seem to know is poor ol’ Snooki, who waits in the hot tub for her prince that will never return.

With the premiere of Season 4 of the Jersey Shore only two days away, we thought it would be apropos to give you a sneak peek inside the cast’s “Shore House” in Florence.

Snooki, JWoww, Sitch and the rest of the crew will be living in an old converted bank that, Jersey Shore creator, SallyAnn Salsano, helped to transform into a livable space.  The Italian flat really doesn’t appear all that different from the original Shore house.  Both homes are complete disasters and the boys’ bathrooms all look dirtier than that bathroom from SAW.

The only clean freaks in the house seem to be Pauly D who organizes his sneaker collection in a way that only Rainman could rival and JWoww, who says she likes to scour the bathroom before she showers so she feels extra clean.

The one glaring difference seemed to be the lack of food present in the house.  Save for some Lipton Iced Tea mix that Vinny’s mom sent over and some old pizza, there wasn’t much in the way of ingredients for a family dinner!  However, the cast did manage to snag a giant box of coveted Aunt Jemima syrup that, according to Pauly D, they were trying to sell for $1,000 on the Italian black market.

Season 4 of The Jersey Shore premieres August 4th on MTV.

Some people just don’t know when to quit!

Former Real Housewives of D.C. star/White House State Dinner Crasher/Failed Pop Star, Michaele Salahi and her husband Tareq Salahi are making yet another attempt to gain reality TV celebrity – by joining the Australian cast of Dancing with the Stars.

TMZ cameras recently spotted the Salahi’s filming a commercial for an Australian laundry detergent to boost their star power with the Aussies, because nothing says “I’m a legitimate celebrity” like starring in a commercial for household cleaning supplies.

Apparently the dynamic duo is quite popular “down undah” and are currently in the midst of ironing out all the necessary details in order for them to appear on the show.  If things go as planed and the couple is cast on DWTS: Australia, this will be their first reality TV appearance since Michaele was kicked off Celebrity Rehab with Dr. Drew for not having an actual addiction.

I guess being addicted to fame doesn’t count.

Casey Anthony, who was acquitted of charges that she murdered her daughter a month ago, was photographed for the first time since her release from the Orange County Jail on July 17th walking around Columbus, Ohio.

Sunday afternoon, TMZ spotted 25-year-old Anthony walking around Columbus in a pair of jeans, a tight-fitting shirt, glasses and an Ohio State ball cap. Anthony stopped at an Old Navy, which the gossip site also caught on video.

Anthony reportedly has relatives living in Ohio, but it’s unclear whether or not she’s reconnected with them. Where will Anthony end up next? Who knows?

The Bachelorette Ashley Hebert got everything she could have hoped for and more at the end of her reality show journey. Along with her man, J.P. Rosenbaum, she got a 3.5-carat Neil Lane diamond sparkler.

Famous jeweler, Lane, said that he collaborated with Ashley and then handmade six options for the final two contestants, Ben Flajnik and J.P., to choose from before vying for the coveted final rose:

“Ashley had cut-outs from magazines and pictures she’d downloaded from the Internet of rings she’d dreamed about. I understood what her fantasy princess ring was all about. It had to be delicate but have a presence and she wanted a central stone with diamonds on the band — a ring with a romantic feel that sparkled.”

So which one did J.P. pick? A 3.5-carat, central cushion-cut central stone accented with 162 small, hand-set diamonds around a platinum band. Lane said the ring is valued at around $60,000:

“It has a vintage, 19th-century romantic feel, with soft edges, but with a contemporary look. Whichever way Ashley moves her finger, she sees sparkles.”

Hey, this is the best part of the show! If they break up, does she still get to keep the ring?

Welcome to another installment of Bumpshack’s Top 8 Jersey Shore moments, as we countdown the days until the Season 4 premiere!

Moment #3

Our number 3 favorite Jersey Shore moment comes from Episode 5 of Season 3: Jersey Shore Back at the Shore.  It’s one of the rare glimpses we get to see into the ultra-private world of Sammi “Sweetheart” and Ronnie’s hush-hush relationship.

Ha!

Our #3 moment comes when Sammi discovers that Ronnie has “made nice” with her new arch nemesis Jenny “JWoww” Farley, and absolutely loses her mind.  Which isn’t saying much because it seems like Sammi is always losing her mind over one thing or another, but what makes this particular lover’s quarrel so amusing is the unbelievable right hook that Sammi connects with Ron’s chin.

This sort of rage isn’t something you can learn in a womens’ self-defense class; this is pure Guidette psychosis at it’s finest.

Personally, I was sort of excited to see Sammi grow a real backbone for a second.  She talks a big game but, as they say on the Shore, “at the end of the day”, she always waffles.  I suppose “at the end of the day”, she did end up giving in and getting back with Ron, but at least she got in one good slug for the record book.
