A-whaaaaaat?

Nearly a year after filing for bankruptcy, Real Housewives of New Jersey star, Joe Giudice is withdrawing his claim.

Sounds like all of Teresa’s love and support made Juicy Joe want to make good on all his debts!  Or maybe not…

According to sources, Joe didn’t like “being questioned by the trustee of his creditors about assets, income and business interests”, so he pleaded the 5th and pulled the plug on the whole operation.

Leaked court documents from the case revealed that,

The defendant Giuseppe Giudice acknowledges his desire to resolve the matter without the need for further inquiry or litigation, and without making any further admissions.

Here’s a tip for ya, Giuseppe (ha!) old boy.  If you don’t want people snooping around, questioning whether or not you have the money to repay old debts, don’t throw yourself a ridiculously lavish vow renewal ceremony and plaster pictures from it all over the tabloids.
