25-year-old Crystal Harris called off her engagement with 85-year-old Playboy founder Hugh Hefner in June days before their impending nuptials, but kept her $90,00 engagement ring. Claiming the ring brings back “bad memories,” the former Playboy model is now auctioning off the 3.39-carat rock herself.
The circular-cut diamond will be auctioned off at Christie’s in New York City in October. According to the listing, the ring is expected to bring in between $20,000 and $30,000.
A source told TMZ, Harris ”couldn’t bear to look at the ring anymore because it brought back bad memories.”
Wouldn’t it be classier to just give it back?
