Yep, Elisabetta wants to conquer the US, while Valentin just wants to prove he is better than his brother Maksim Chmerkovskiy. What the heck happened on that dance floor? That woman is a Barbie doll with absolutely no personality. Elisabetta might have gotten some of the moves right, but the performance was worse than mediocre.

Of course Len Goodman hated all those gimmicks at the beginning of their performance on the bed. Bruno and Carrie Ann Inaba both agreed the model looked absolutely lost when she was left on the stage by herself without Valentin to guide her through the movement.

Val is a cutie and a hottie, but the whole Chmerkovskiy cocky attitude looks way better on him. Yes!

David has been sober for eight months now and he has the support of his estranged wife, actress Courteney Cox, who was in the audience with their adorable daughter Coco. David was able to give some intensity to his performance. He looked good on that dance floor and was as light on his feet as possible for a first dance.

Len Goodman was very impressed and called him a dancer. Bruno said David was playing the romantic leading man part until the moment he got entangled in the goddess. Yeah, David was a bit lost during part of the routine, but we loved it. Carrie Ann Inaba told him to relax and let go.

And when she came out from behind that desk and stripped off her coat, Nancy owned it! Work it, grandma! Please keep this woman in the competition for pure entertainment value.

Chynna’s husband, actor William Baldwin, encouraged his wife to go on the show and own that dance floor. The 43 year-old had a good start as she had the pleasure of punching Tony in the chin and kicking him in the crotch during rehearsals. All the pain and suffering was worth it – Chynna was absolutely graceful and amazing.

Len Goodman said it was not the best first dance he’s seen, but it was very close. Bruno thought she was coming out of a dream, waltzing straight to his heart. Carrie Ann Inaba claimed the performance was magical and confessed she cannot wait to see Chynna next week.

Kristin is NOT a b*tch. You have been warned. She looks fantastic on that dance floor. She has a fiery and fun personality, and Mark loves to push the envelope with his stunty routines, which is a perfect combination. I wasn’t exactly impressed since the performance was kind of poor, but I see lots of potential in this pairing.

Len Goodman was pleased with the bright and lively performance, but thought Kristin sort of hidden some of her flair in her shell. Bruno loves a bad girl with good hips ready to offer than some hot action, but he wanted Kristin to work on her unsteady turns. Carrie Ann Inaba was impressed with the hair-ography part and complimented her quality of movement.

Rob wants to boost his confidence and step out of his bootylicious sisters’ shadows. The Kardashian sidekick is used to being bossed around, but Cheryl took it to a whole new level. That performance was absolutely horrible. Rob couldn’t keep that nervous smile off his face and was way too heavy on his feet.

Len Goodman was certainly not impressed, but believes Rob can survive a couple of weeks in the competition. Bruno thought the reality star was moving around like a “little petrified duckling”, and ordered him to take control. Carrie Ann Inaba was the only one who actually saw potential in that performance.

This is Petra’s debut on the show after a year on the DWTS troupe. Ron aka Metta World Peace kicked off the show in style with an awesome new haircut/hairstyle and lots of swagger. Unfortunately, Ron’s technique was not nearly enough to impress the judges. I have faith in this man! Ron is no Chad Ochocinco yet he has his own charm.

Len Goodman does not fool around. To the judge, Ron was a total disaster on the dance floor, his footwork was atrocious, and that certainly isn’t Len’s “cup of tea.” Bruno described him a Dance-a-Tron with lots of power and presence. Carrie Ann Inaba thinks Ron is eccentric and kind of sexy, claiming the performance was pretty entertaining.

The new season of ABC’s Dancing With the Stars debuted tonight with an array of so-called celebs.

Perhaps the most famous of these second-tier stars is CNN’s Nancy Grace who is this year’s BBW version of Kirstie Alley.

Nancy brought her Dolly Parton rack that distracted most viewers from whether she could actually dance or not.

She actually did pretty good for it being the first week.

Just when you thought things couldn’t get any weirder in the saga of Michaele and Tareq Salahi‘s broken marriage, they have. Rio, the Salahi’s Doberman Pinscher, has died of what Tareq claims is a broken heart.

Days after Michaele was spotted with Journey guitarist Neal Schon, Tareq posted a video of Rio to the internet, claiming that he wouldn’t get out of bed because he was so depressed Michaele was missing in action. Sunday night, Tareq gave Rio his medication, which he had been on since he had a heart attack a few weeks ago, and he mysteriously died minutes later.
