Dancing With The Stars co-host Brooke Burke will be introduced as Brooke Charvet for the first time during the premiere of the thirteenth season of the reality show on Monday night (September 19).

“Tomorrow on Dancing with the Stars will be the first time I go by my new name [on TV]. I’m happy about being Brooke Charvet,” the 39 year-old actress revealed at the 2011 Emmy Awards on Sunday (photo above).

Mrs. Charvet, who has two daughters from a previous relationship, is excited to be known as Brooke Charvet, even through some friends were not too happy with the name change.

Brooke and David had been together for more than five years and had two children – a 4 year-old daughter named Heaven Rain and 3 year-old son named Shaya Braven – before they secretly tied the knot in St. Barts back in August of 2011.

Jersey Shore’s Nicole “Snooki” Polizzi has made herself a few enemies on the way to the top, but none seem to be quite as bitter as her ex-boyfriend, Jeff Miranda.

After the Princess of Poughkeepsie debuted her new tattoo via Twitter last week, Miranda decided the best way to heal his broken heart was to lash out about his ex’s new ink.

Teen Mom stars Gary Shirley and Amber Portwood have had anything but a fairytale romance, so it should come as no surprise that Teen Dad, Shirley, is finally putting the breaks on their tumultuous love story.

According to Shirley’s Twitter account,

I’m completely through w amber No more back n fourth shit. I got my precious baby u got your precious anderson men hope your sins r worth it.

Ouch Gary!  That’s pretty harsh coming from a man who recently spent thousands of dollars during a strip club bender.  No one sin is worse than another my man.

Also, “fourth” is the place you’d come in a four-man race.  ”Forth” is the word you were looking for.

Real Housewives of Atlanta star, Kim Zolciak may have a new man, a new baby and a new season of RHOA piled high on her plate, but that isn’t stopping the “Tardy for the Party” singer from taking on yet another challenge!

According to sources, the mother-of-three is in talks with BRAVO to get her own Housewives spin off show (yeah, yeah, yeah we’ve all heard this one before…).

A source close the the network told The Huffington Post,

Originally the show was to be five African American women but after Bravo met Kim, they insisted she be part of the cast…  Kim is a game-changer. She was the first housewife to release a single ["Tardy for the Party"] and just like Bethenny [Frankel], she fell in love and got pregnant while taping the show. She’s the perfect choice for the next lady to get her own show.

I never thought I’d hear Kim Zolciak and Bethenny Frankel mentioned in the same sentence, but I guess there’s a first time for everything!

Apparently, the “Watch What Happens” network is pretty serious about giving the Zolciak project “the green light”, as it does seem to fit the mold of what their viewers want:

Women trying to do it all… and slowly losing grip on their sanity.

Kim’s new show is going to follow the very successful Bethenny formula… A new mom and her fiancé trying to make everything work. Juggling baby, boyfriend and career. But instead of all those trips to a therapist that Bethenny made, expect Kim to work out her problems at the nail salon with friends.

All I can think of after that insider quote is that ridiculous scene from Keeping up with the Kardashians when Kim K tries to take Kourtney’s son Mason with her to get a pedicure.  If Kim Zolciak’s show is anything like that… you know I’ll watch.

Although the cast of MTV’s Jersey Shore obviously wasn’t nominated for any Emmy Awards, the gang from Seaside Heights didn’t let that stop them from making an appearance at the 63rd Annual Primetime Emmy Awards last night.

Vinny, Pauly D, Ronnie, Mike “The Situation” Sorrentino, Deena, Sammi and Snooki appeared in a pretaped spoof along with Emmy host, Jane Lynch (who was magnificent, by the way), poking fun at the Jersey-centric reality TV universe.

In the sketch, Lynch plays Donatella Alberghetti Mangiana D’Borga, the high-powered, Jerseylicious network executive who plucked the cast of Jersey Shore out of obscurity and made them stars.  In the clip, Lynch claims that she, “…found Vinny living in a walk-in freezer at a pizzeria.”

“And now we get paid to drink!” an excited Vinny Guadagnino guffaws into the camera.

The best line of the sketch, of course, goes to Snooki, who, in a mock “confessional” interview says, “Before I met Donatella, I was just Nicole, a Harvard undergrad.  Now, I’m Snooki.”

And now she’s Snooki – “the chosen one”.

Brad Pitt graces the cover of the latest issue of Sports Illustrated as Oakland A’s general manager Billy Beane in the movie “Moneyball”, which is based on the book with the same title by Michael Lewis (watch movie trailer below).

Brad tells SI, “It’s shameful how little I know about baseball…. I’m amazed they let me do this movie…. Baseball and I didn’t get along that well. I wrestled one year [in high school]. I dove one year. Everything but baseball.”

Despite not being a fan of baseball, the 47 year-old actor was drawn to the underdog story and the fact it was not the conventional baseball/sports movie. Brad believes there’s a deeper lesson to be taught in the complicated Moneyball’s universe of numbers and baseball.

“I’m a sucker for the underdog story. (…) The beast at the end of the movie was the same beast in the beginning of the movie. What changed was the world around them, by just a couple of degrees. Nothing monumental. I think that’s true about us. We fine tune ourselves, but big change is not real,” he says.

“Moneyball” starring Brad Pitt (as Billy Beane) and Jonah Hill (as Peter Brand) hits theaters on Friday, September 23.

Who were the best dressed and worst dressed celebs on the red carpet? The 63rd Annual Primetime Emmy Awards red carpet fashion was defined by red hot gowns, purple gowns, sparkly gowns, and real boring and ugly full-length dresses.

On the worst dressed list are actress Julianna Margulies, who was wearing the ugliest Armani Privé silky white gown ever, Katie Holmes (photos here), Glee’s Dianna Agron in a blue Roksanda Ilincic dress, Olivia Munn in emerald green gown by Carolina Herrera, and the new Charlie’s Angel Minka Kelly in a Christian Dior gown with lace sleeves.

The title of red hot and classy ladies on the red carpet goes to actresses Nina Dobrev and Kate Winslet (honorable mention: Lea Michele).
