Former WWE star Matt Hardy was arrested for driving under the influence after being pulled over by cops responding to a drunk driver complaint in North Carolina on Monday (September 12)- see mug shot above.

The 36 year-old wrestler was a danger to himself and others as he allegedly swerved into a curb and back onto the road, and almost hit two drivers in different occasions. When he pulled over to talk to the police officers, Matt “had slow and slurred speech, sleepy eyes and a very lackadaisical demeanor.”

Matt failed simple field sobriety tests like “walk-the-line”, but the breathalyzer did not accuse an illegal blood alcohol level. The cops suspected the wrestler must have been under the influence of some other substance and ordered a “Drug Recognition Officer” to perform more test.

Matt was arrested for suspicion of DUI, pending drug test results. This is the second time in two weeks the wrestler is caught operating a vehicle while under the influence. Fortunately, no one got hurt, and Matt is expected in court on November 30, 2011.

Philadelphia Fox 29 morning news anchor Mike Jerrick had some fun mocking the Kardashian sisters (Kim and Khloe) after interviewing them via satellite yesterday morning.

Jerrick mimmicked the Kardashian’s annoying high-pitched voices while raising his suit jacket to immitate the ugly, pointed shoulder pads that both sisters were wearing during the interview.

His co-host, Sheinelle Jones, slapped Jerrick a couple of times while laughing as she did.
