Although Kelsey Grammer has fought tooth and nail for sole custody of his two children with ex-wife and Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star Camille Grammer, the Fraiser star appears too busy to show up at any of their extra-curricular activities.

Or maybe he just wants to stay far, far away from his delightful ex-wife…

According to a TMZ report, Kelsey and Camille were in court Friday because Kelsey wanted custody of his children Mason and Jude, while he was in L.A. this week.  Despite Camille’s protests, the judge granted Kelsey’s request, with the provision that the children attend all their regularly scheduled activities.  No problem, says Kelsey – I’ll just have their nanny take them.

Sounds like a real candidate for Father of the Year, wouldn’t you say?
