Disney star Mitchel Musso, best known for playing Oliver Oken on “Hannah Montana”, was arrested for drunk driving after being pulled over at 3:43 am in Burbank, California on Sunday (October 16).

The 20 year-old actor/singer, who drove a 2007 black Mercedes Benz, made the stupidest mistake of his life when he failed to slow down for police officers directing the traffic for an accident.

After he was pulled over, the cops detected the odor of alcohol and gave Mitchel a breathalyzer test. The “Pair of Kings” and “PrankStars” star blew well above the legal limit (0.08) in the state. However, that limit applies to people over the age of 21.

Mitchel (is 5’8’’ and weights 133lbs) shouldn’t even be allowed to drink. The fallen Disney star was taken into custody and booked for suspicion of DUI. Mitchel was already released from jail on $5,000 bond.
