Judge Stephanie Sautner’s had enough! Actress Lindsay Lohan cannot go unpunished as she continues to “bend” court orders as she pleases. Judge Sautner had Lindsay handcuffed in court after revoking her probation and setting a new court hearing for November 2.

If convicted, Lindsay could be sentenced to up to a year and a half behind bars for the constant violation of her probation. Lindsay was kicked off the community service program at the Downtown Women’s Center after she failed to show up at least 9 times.

Lindsay did not think the job at the Women’s Center was “fulfilling”, so the Probation Department had Lindsay relocated to the Red Cross. Judge Sautner was furious because they had no authority to do that, therefore Lindsay gets no credit for community service time there.

As for the ordered weekly therapy session, Judge Sautner doubted Lindsay attended the session with her therapist since she spent an awful amount of time partying in Europe, which is also why the actress missed several community service appointments. The judge said, “She’s supposed to be an actress, from what I hear.”

Ouch. A bail bondsman was already ready to post bail and Lindsay will be free again until the next court hearing. However, LiLo will have to complete 16 hours of community service at the morgue before the hearing. Ouch.
