Nicole Richie Chops Off Her Blonde Locks (PHOTO)
Nicole Richie debuted a new shorter do’ Tuesday night at a party in Los Angeles.
“I felt like I wanted to take a little length off,” she told reporters on Tuesday. And it’s easy to manage, too! “When I get out of the shower, I twist my hair and put it up,” she explained. “I let the roots air dry, then I take it down after a few hours. It creates a nice wave.”

Nicole is famous for changing her hair up. In 2009, she went brunette. She then went back to blonde in 2010, cutting her hair off later that year.
I think it’s cute. Now, if we could just tone down that eyeliner….
