‘Top Chef’ Finalist Morgan Wilson Indicted on Child Pornography Charges
Top Chef: Just Desserts season one finalist Morgan Wilson has been charged with possession and intent to distribute child pornography.
The 38-year-old chef, who has worked as the executive pastry chef for the Ritz-Carlton in Dallas, was indicted on three second-degree felony charges. He could face up to 10 years in jail if convicted.

Wilson was first arrested last December after undercover investigators received file transfers from his computer that allegedly contained images and videos of children as young as toddlers engaged in sexual acts.

He is currently free on bond and is scheduled to appear before a judge on October 27.
The Ritz-Carlton Dallas refused to comment on his employment status. Wilson’s attorney, Roy L. Merrill, declined to comment as well.
