Transgender activist Chaz Bono, formerly known as Chastity Bono, left the competition on a sour note, but with a standing ovation from the crowd and the judges during the Dancing With The Stars live results show on Tuesday (October 25)- watch video below.

Of course Chaz is very proud of what he has achieved so far. And even through the judges’ comments (*cough* Bruno Tonioli *cough*) were sometimes too harsh and rude, Chaz was not ready to hang his ballroom shoes and leave this competition.

“This was an amazing journey … ,” Bono said, standing next to his partner, Lacey Schwimmer. “I came on this show because I wanted to show America a different kind of man. If there was somebody like me on TV when I was growing up, my whole life would have been different.”

On Monday (October 24), judge Bruno compared Chaz to a “cute little penguin trying to be a big, menacing bird of prey”, saying the tango needed more aggression and technique (see video HERE). That comment infuriated Chaz, who finally had enough of the judges’ double standards when it comes to overweight women versus overweight men in the competition.

Chaz said he was tired of being treated “like I’m some fat troll dancing with this beautiful woman every week, and I’m sick of it.” Cher’s son had the right to be absolutely angry after hearing some harsh comments from the judges. Bruno basically bullied Chaz on national television and that’s not right.

DWTS Feud: Maksim Chmerkovskiy vs. Judge Len Goodman

Pro dancer Maksim Chmerkovskiy also had enough of judges’ inconsistency and basically blasted them, calling DWTS his show. Maks apologized, claiming he was misinterpreted, but will not apologize for having an opinion. And I’d just like to point out you don’t have to be arrogant and rude to express your opinion.
