The 45 year-old looked absolutely fantastic in a white and black ensemble and sounded even better as Chelsie Hightower and Val Chmerkovskiy dramatically interpreted the song on the dance floor.

“I’m Gonna Love You Through It” is the second single out of Martina’s latest album “Eleven”. You can expect the singer to perform live at the 2011 CMA Awards on November 9.
