Late Apple co-founder Steve Jobs’ sister, Mona Simpson, only met her brother at the age of 27, but she clearly had much respect for the man he was and his vision that would completely change the way we now see, access and communicate with the world.

In a eulogy published by The New York Times, Mona reveals her brother peacefully passed away while surrounded by his wife, four children and two sisters. “Death didn’t happen to Steve, he achieved it,” she wrote.
