Hannah Montana star Mitchel Musso was officially charged with two counts of drunk driving for driving under the influence and with a blood alcohol level of 0.08 or higher after he was arrested in Burbank, California last weekend.

The 20 year-old could face up to 6 months in jail and a $1,000 fine. However, Mitchel is a first-time DUI offender and there are no aggravating circumstances in this case, so he will most probably not be sentenced to jail.

Mitchel did not hurt anybody and he does not have a criminal record, so the Disney star will most likely continue to live his irresponsibly free life while on probation. Mitchel will also be ordered to take alcohol education classes and pay a fine when he returns to court on November 11.

Although Mary-Kate and Ashley Olsen’s (aka The Olsen Twins) younger sister, Elizabeth Olsen, is just making her acting debut, the 22 year-old is already worried about being stigmatized by the nude scene featured in the indie movie titled “Martha Marcy May Marlene”.

Elizabeth confessed she was a bit nervous to film the scene she has to expose her boy, but she wouldn’t have done it if it wasn’t essential to tell her character’s story. The twins’ commonsensical sister says no to gratuitous nudity.

“I feel like actors are tools to help the story, and if [nudity is] part of the story in an effective way, then it just is. If it’s sensationalized and gratuitous, I don’t want to do it,” Elizabeth explained to New York Magazine’s Vulture.

“In this film, it has a very clear purpose of someone losing their full sense of self-identity and ownership of herself and her body and her mind. But there are all these things you have to fill out, like it says there’s this many seconds on this part of the body, and you can show this part but not that part and for this long.”

Actor Thomas Ian Nicholas, best known for playing the role of Kevin Myers in the American Pie film series, and his wife Colette have welcomed their first child, a healthy baby boy named Nolan River on Thursday (October 20).

Baby Nolan weighed in at 7 lbs., 4oz. (20 inches long) was finally born after 15 long hours of labor. The 31 year-old new daddy could have not been more happy and proud of his newborn son.

“The first thing that Nolan did when he entered the world was grab one of the doctor’s tools out of his hands,” Thomas told People. “We might just have a future doctor in our midst!”
