Her community service was scheduled to begin at 7 a.m., but Lohan was undoubtedly trying to make up for yesterday’s confusion, when she showed up driving a brand new Porsche 20 minutes late for duty. Lohan then left shortly afterward, said Coroner Assistant Chief, Ed Winter.

Thursday, she Tweeted:

“With all of the stress and pressure from yesterday and today, I’ve never been so happy to go to therapy!!!! Also, I’m sorry for the confusion that I may of caused to those at the Coroner’s office. Won’t happen again, now I know where to go! Thank you for your help.”

Friday morning, Winter told reporters:

“Ms. Lohan completed her orientation this morning and she’s currently working, doing janitorial duties. She’s doing fine.”

Lindsay Lohan‘s probation was revoked Wednesday, so naturally her father, Michael Lohan, made an appearance on “Issues with Jane Velez-Mitchell” to weigh in on his once-successful daughter.

“That’s from smoking a pipe with meth or crack,” he said about photos of Lindsay’s brown teeth. “She’s smoking either crack or meth, one or the other. I’m not going to shade it,” he told Velez-Mitchell.

Michael thinks Lindsay needs more than community service. He thinks his daughter needs to enter another rehab facility. ”Instead of doing community service in the morgue, she’s going to wind up in the morgue!” he said.

Rock star Jon Bon Jovi and his wife Dorothea have opened a “pay-what-you-can” restaurant in a former auto body shop near the Red Bank train station in central New Jersey.

The restaurant, called The Soul Kitchen, offers gourmet-quality meals for the hungry allowing them to volunteer on community projects in place of visiting a soup kitchen. Paying customers can leave whatever they want in envelopes on the table, where the menus never list a price.

At the grand opening on Wednesday, Bon Jovi said, “With the economic downturn, one of the things I noticed was that disposable income was one of the first things that went. “When I learned that one in six people in this country goes to bed hungry, I thought this was the next phase of the Foundation’s work,” he said.

There’s only one thing he’s adamant about: “This is not a soup kitchen. You can come here with the dignity of linens and silver, and you’re served a healthy, nutritious meal. This is not burgers and fries.

“There’s no prices on our menu, so if you want to come and you want to make a difference, leave a $20 in the envelope on the table. If you can’t afford to eat, you can bus tables, you can wait tables, you can work in the kitchen as a dishwasher or sous chef,” he said. “If you say to me, ‘I’m not a people person,’ I say, ‘That’s not a problem. We’ll take you back to Lunch Break to volunteer with those people. If you don’t want to volunteer with that, we’ll take you to the FoodBank.”

Deposed Libyan dictator Muammar Gaddafi was reportedly captured and killed by rebels with the mission of extinguishing the last significant resistance loyal to the former leader, near his hometown of Sirte in Libya on Thursday (October 20)- see photo/video below.

NATO and the US State Department still haven’t been able to confirm the reports. Gaddafi allegedly died of wounds in both of his legs and head and his body has been taken to a secret location for security reasons.

“We are checking and assessing the situation,”‘ a NATO official said. “Clearly these are very significant developments, which will take time to confirm. If it is true, then this is truly a historic day for the people of Libya.”

“Gaddafi’s body is with our unit in a car and we are taking the body to a secret place for security reasons,” Mohamed Abdel Kafi, an NTC official in the city of Misrata told Reuters.

Although the Libyan dictator’s death hasn’t been officially confirmed yet, a photo of a wounded or dead Gaddafi has been released (check picture below).

A former production coordinator for MTV’s hit reality show The Hills has filed a lawsuit against the network.

Eliza Sproul reports a “dangerous” trip to Costa Rica with the cast that was full of drug use and sexual harassment in the lawsuit.

Sproul claims that when the network planned to take the crew to Costa Rica, MTV failed to secure a work visa for all involved. Instead, the crew got tourist visas and had to rely on local help, such as a guy by the name of Andres, who is said to have made sexual advances and even pressured Sproul to go into the forrest and smoke marijuana with him.

The work conditions were less than desirable. Sproul worked long hours with no rest or meal breaks, and when she did get to sleep, she had to in the office. Salomon, another employee, reportedly showed off body parts in a “distressing” manner, with more sexual activity and drugs present, according to Sproul.

After enduring the conditions, Sproul says she ”essentially broke down” and had to consult a local physician.

MTV has yet to comment. Go figure.
