Ron Artest and Elisabetta Canalis, Kristin Cavallari, Chynna Phillips and Carson Kressley already left the competition (some very prematurely). Who will follow their footsteps tonight? Who will be in jeopardy tonight? The three contestant with the lowest judges scores are Chaz Bono, Hope Solo and Rob Kardashian.

These three contestants failed to deliver exciting performances, but will that earn them a spot in the bottom three after the judges and public votes are combined. It’s hard to predict. Chaz is without a doubt the weakest contestant, but he has a pretty strong fan base that kept him in the competitions for 6 weeks, while we were forced to watch better dancers leave the DWTS dance floor.

And who will get the boot? One contestant will have to leave. I have a feeling Hope Solo will be in jeopardy, which is not exactly surprising because her and Maksim Chmerkovkiy‘s Rumba was just plain boring. And that has nothing to do with the feud between Maks and judge Len Goodman (read more details here).

Nancy Grace will most likely join Hope in the bottom two. And I’m gonna take a risk saying Nancy is eliminated simply because her performance wasn’t exactly memorable and she sort of very arrogant and not too nice to her partner Tristan MacManus during rehearsals.

The competition between “The X-Factor” star judges, Simon Cowell and L.A. Reid, is getting nastier and dirtier by the minute. L.A. is ready to do “whatever it takes” to win, including playing “mind games” and “dirty tricks” to achieve his goals.

According to an inside, L.A. allegedly said, “Even if I have to give really bad advice to the other contestants when their mentors are not around … I will!”

And of course, Simon is aware of L.A.’s scheme, is absolutely furious, and apparently decided to confront the fellow judge. The two judges are both known for being ruthless and the competition is just starting with the live performance tonight.

At this stage in the competition, each of the judges has a specific team to mentor. Paula Abdul will be helping the groups. Nicole Scherzinger is with the over 30’s. And Simon and L.A. are mentoring competing groups, girls and boys, respectively.

Rumors have been circling that Lindsay Lohan will be posing nude for Playboy. So guess who’s finally spilling the beans on the truth….her mother, Dina Lohan, of course!

Tonight is the night! On Tuesday (October 25), the Top 17 (not 16) contestants/acts of the first season of the US version of “The X-Factor” will perform live for the first time, but only 12 will make it to the next week of the competition. Check out the contestants/acts official bios and pictures below.

The X Factor Top 12: Boys, Groups, Over 30′s & Girls (Bios, PHOTOS)

At the end of the night (a 2h and 30min show), the four judges/mentors – L.A. Reid, Nicole Scherzinger, Paula Abdul and Simon Cowell – will have to make a very tough decision, and send five of the contestants/acts home in order to introduce the Top 12.

The Top 12 contestants/acts will face the public vote next week after they perform live on “The x-Factor” on Wednesday (November 2).

How did the Top 16 become Top 17? Each of the judges/mentors was given their team. Paula Abdul is stuck with the groups, Nicole Scherzinger was lucky enough to get the over 30’s, and L.A. Reid will make sure his boys will defeat Simon Cowell’s girls.

When the judges had to pick their teams, Simon feared he might have made a mistake if he had eliminated Melanie Amaro, who enchanted all the judges singing “Listen” in her first audition (watch video here), so he bend the rules for her. Simon flew all the way to Melanie’s hometown to bring her back to the competition.
