Baby Justin Bieber is a daddy to baby Tristyn Anthony Markhouse Yeater! At least that’s what the mother, Mariah Yeater, of the 3 month-old baby boy claims. The 20 year-old woman filed a paternity lawsuit, demanding JBieber to take a paternity test on Monday (October 31).

Mariah claims she met and had sex with Justin backstage in a bathroom at the Staples Center in Los Angeles a year ago on October 25, 2010 (read all dirty details here). When she learned she was pregnant, Mariah tried to contact her baby daddy, but she was ignored because Bieber must get this type of deluded fans all the time.

In an affidavit sworn under penalty of perjury, Mariah Yeater wrote:

“On July 6, 2011, I gave birth to a baby boy. That was exactly 36 weeks and two days after the sexual encounter with Justin Bieber. Based upon the timing as well as the fact there were no other possible men that I had sex with that could be the father of this baby, I believe that Justin Bieber is in fact the father of my baby.”

Justin’s rep vehemently denied the woman’s claims, while Justin took to his Twitter to ask the fans to ignore the rumors. “So Im going to ignore the rumors…and focus on what is real. An opportunity to help by doing what I love. Judge me on the music! Love yall!,” he tweeted.
