Mariah claims she met Justin backstage and he took to a bathroom, where he allegedly lost his virginity, after performing live on stage at the Staples Center in Los Angeles, California last year.

“He immediately took a liking to me and we just got to talking,” Mariah explained. “It was kind of me and him with other people elsewhere and then he eventually asked me, ‘Would you mind if we can go somewhere and be alone?’ ”

“Then when we got to — what turned out to be a bathroom — his whole demeanor changed,” she says. “It went from cute and gushy to just more aggressive.”

When confronted with more difficult questions, Mariah guaranteed she has evidence to use in court to prove she is not lying. However, she declined to reveal exactly what type of proof. “I’ve provided evidence to my attorneys and it will show in court…to prove that my allegations are true,” she said.
