The five remaining celebrity dancers and their professional dance partners were forced to deliver two performances, including an instant Jive round during Dancing With The Stars live show (week 8 ) on Monday (November 7). Ricki Lake and her partner Derek Hough danced the Waltz to the sound of “Natural Woman” by Aretha Franklin (watch video below).

Ah. Ricki was feeling the pressure during rehearsals this week. Ricki met DWTS winner Jennifer Grey, who told her to just have fun and enjoy this moment in her life because once it’s over she is definitely going to miss the craziness. Great advice!

Len Goodman compared Ricki to a river gently going through the dance, but warned her to work on her footwork. Bruno said Ricki’s performance was “deliciously dreamy” and “floatingly soft”. Carrie Ann Inaba loves how when Ricki dances, she completely loses herself in the dance.

Ricki and Derek will return to the dance floor to dance the instant Jive to the sound of “Land of A Thousand Dances” by Wilson Pickett.
