Comedienne Chelsea Handler dumped her boyfriend, hotelier Andre Balazs, after the two dated for less than year. The 36 year-old is once again single and ready to mingle. But why did Chelsea and Andre split when the “Chelsea Lately” host appeared to be so in love just a few weeks ago.

Chelsea and Andre were last seen together at the hotelier’s “Sinners and Saints”-themed Halloween party. A few months ago, Chelsea seemed to be willing to change her ways to make her relationship with Andre work in an interview on “Piers Morgan Tonight”.

“I’m seeing someone now, but, I have spent so much time exposing my personal life to everybody that I finally am in a situation where I feel like it’s disrespectful to another person,” Chelsea said.

“I’ve learned to respect somebody else’s privacy. It’s not about me, because obviously I would like to make fun of him as much as possible, but he has kids, so I have to be nice.”

Of course, Chelsea is not used to be in a relationship when it’s not all about her. She was previously romantically linked to rapper 50 Cent, Comcast CEO Ted Harbert and Animal Planet’s Dave Salmoni. Chelse is currently looking for her next victim. Don’t get me wrong. I love Chelsea. She is one fierce woman!
