Justin Bieber’s alleged baby mama, Mariah Yeater, decided to discretely dismiss the paternity lawsuit, in which she demanded the “Baby” singer to take a paternity test to prove he was the father of her three month-old baby boy, Tristyn.

Mariah’s lawyers, Lance Rogers and Matt Pare, also decided to quickly abandon the sinking ship when Justin agreed to take a DNA test as soon as he returned to the USA since he is currently promoting his holiday album “Under The Mistletoe” all over Europe.

Despite the dismissal of the lawsuit, Justin’s team is still determined to sue Mariah and her legal team for making bogus claims in an attempt to set some sort of example for future fame-seekers and gold-diggers to think twice before making false accusations.

The singer’s publicist, Matthew Hiltzik, told TMZ, “We intend to still hold them accountable.”

Justin should not backtrack on this. Mariah and her lawyers need to be held responsible for trying to denigrate the young teen idol’s image and his reputation. Go Justin!
