Josh’s painfully-soulful, heartfelt rendition of the classic “Wild Horses” was the BEST performance of the night, hands down… SO glad he made the cut tonight (November 23, double elimination), but a little sad that Leroy Bell had to go (along with Lakoda Rayne, the girl group). Marcus is much more talented than the little thug-in-the-making, Astro, but couldn’t hold a candle to Leroy’s singing… I think age-ism is what took place tonight, with the judges’ final choices. And then, because of a deadlock (2 vots each), they fell back on the American votes. Of course, Marcus had more of those than Leroy (the age thing, AGAIN, of course: since so many viewers are 18-24, they are bound to pick and vote for ANYONE who’s not ‘over 30′ – we all know most in that age group don’t choose by actual TALENT….)
