Supermodel Maggie Rizer gave birth to a healthy baby boy named Alexander Rafahi Mehran III at around 5:30 p.m. near San Francisco, California on Wednesday (November 23). Baby Zander is the first child for the model and her husband, businessman Alex Mehran, who tied the knot in September of 2010.

The 33 year-old mama wrote on her official website: “He has 10 fingers, 10 toes, sandy hair, deep blue eyes and is practically perfect, in every possible way!”

Maggie and Alex could have not been more proud and happy to finally meet their little bundle of joy, who weighed in at 7 lbs., 13 oz., as the perfect Thanksgiving gift.

“Alex and I are very proud parents and incredibly excited to get to know our new little lad. We feel tremendously blessed this Thanksgiving! Wishing all of you and yours endless love and happiness,” Maggie added.
