Disney Channel star and pop singer Selena Gomez announced Friday that she’s going to be a big sister!

“Momma and Brian are finally letting me share the news,” Gomez posted on her Instagram account Friday. “My mommy’s carrying my baby brother or sister. I’m the happiest girl in the world!”

Gomez, a 19-year-old only child, was raised by her mother, Mandy Dawn Cornett, after her parents divorced when she was five. In 2006, Cornett married Brian Teefey, and this will be their first child together.

This is probably the best baby news Gomez has heard in ages….cough, cough, Bieber.
