Oscar-nominated actress Anne Hathaway is engaged to her boyfriend of three years, actor Adam Shulman, her rep has confirmed.

Hathaway, 29, began dating Shulman after her messy breakup with Raffaello Follieri in 2008. You may remember Follieri for pleading guilty to defrauding investors of millions of dollars in a scheme in which he posed as a real estate consultant for the Vatican.

The actress, who has been sporting an engagement ring designed by Kwiat Heritage, has said Shulman is much more “mellow” than her previous relationships. ”Mellow doesn’t always make for a good story, but it makes for a good life.”
