The 29-year-old actor recently proposed to his girlfriend Kiele Sanchez, and she said YES! “They are both very happy,” a source close to couple said.

Gilford and Sanchez met in spring 2010 while in Chicago filming the pilot for TV’s The Matadors.

Gilford latest project, Answers to Nothing, releases in theaters Friday.
