And just like his ex-wife, who has been romantically linked to Craig Owens and is currently dating actor Vincent Piazza, Pete seems to be moving on with his life after the painful break up.

Pete really does look happy with Meagan. The 32 year-old Fallout Boy rocker and Ashley divorced back in February after three years of marriage. The two have a 2 year-old son named Bronx Mowgli Wentz.

Good news for Simon Cowell. FOX is picking up “The X-Factor” for a second season. Yep, “The X-Factor” will be coming back next year, despite its expensive production and ratings below American Idol standards.

Simon predicted this reality competition series would be even more successful than Idol. Although “The X Factor” did not meet expectations, it became the top reality show of the fall and the ratings have been steadily improving every week.

“The X Factor is a monumental success,” said Fox’s president of alternative Mike Darnell. “It’s won every night it’s been on the air, the talent is phenomenal, the live shows are spectacular and picking it up is a complete no-brainer. Simon and his team have done an incredible job with the show.”

And what does Simon have to say about this? “I am absolutely thrilled with the news,” Simon said in a statement. “I have loved making the show and I want to thank FOX, our sponsors and most importantly, the fans for supporting ‘The X Factor.’”

Actor Nicolas Cage’s son Weston Cage decided to file for divorce from his trouble wife Nikki Williams at the L.A. County Superior Court last week. Weston cites irreconcilable differences as the reason for the split.

“I decided to do it because I thought, ‘You are going to be on TV, you gotta clean up your act. You have to give it your all.’ I really went all out. I just did a lot of cardio and working out and my mom was with me all the way so I am really happy. Food used to be everything to me but now it is not. It is more like I eat for survival. So now I am good.”

When asked if she had been pressured by someone from the show to lose her baby fat, Rachel explained, “Not at all. It was my decision 100 percent. I told my mom let’s go out and see if I can do something about my weight. She was 100 percent behind me. ”

Rachel does not plan on losing any more weight because “if I did I wouldn’t be Rachel.” After the judges compliments last week, Rachel is actually comtemplating her future as an actress.

“I love acting. I think it is fun. But singing is definitely my number one passion,” she said. When a kid is as talented, sweet, humble and down to earth as Rachel, they can certainly become whoever they want to be.

“The X Factor” contestant Stacy Francis, who originally told the verbally abused/single-mother sob-story, was once a very successful newcomer, appearing in “Smokey Joe’s Café” and “Footloose” on Broadway in New York City.

In VH1’s “Beverly Hills Fabulous”, Stacy confessed she was divorcing her husband after becoming pregnant with another man’s child. The “over 30’s” singer has two children, a 3 year-old son named Donovan (fathered by her ex-husband Darwin Kyle Hayes) and a 10 month-old daughter named Anastasia.

“I just finished going through a divorce,” a very pregnant Stacy said on the show to stylist Elgin Charles while getting her hair done. “We were actually separated and we were going through the divorce and it’s not his baby.”

Stacy even managed to catch Will Smith’s attention, who once said, “I can’t wait for the world to discover Stacy.” The singer is allegedly currently living in a modest home and being supported by her family.

“My friends and family have just continuously supported me and get my lights turned back on and prevent my car from getting repossessed. It’s really crazy,” Stacy said. “So I would get out of debt first, and get a new house that fits my family. I’m in a one-bedroom, unfurnished apartment right now. I want something more for my kids.”

Stacy’s past doesn’t make her any less talented, but I feel disappointed Stacy or the producers tried to tricky us with the reserved and inexperienced middle-aged singer type of story. This girl is NO amateur.

Former “The X Factor” contestant, Dexter Haygood, who made it to the Top 17 on Nicole Scherzinger’s team of over 30’s, has been reunited with his old bandmates from Xavion, a 1980’s funk rock sextet that even toured with Hall & Oates.

Dexter was eliminated from the competition after he delivered one crazy mash-up performance of Britney Spears’ “Womanizer” and Katy Perry’s “I Kissed A Girl” in the first live show of “The X-Factor” last week (see video below).

Dexter was the frontman of Xavion (see pic below), but with time they all lost touch as the contestant struggled with substance abuse and ended up living on the streets. When the former bandmates learned about Dexter’s story and saw him on the show, they immediately reached out.
