SHOCKER: Rachel Crow Meltdown In The X Factor Elimination (VIDEO)
13 year-old singer Rachel Crow was eliminated in the most dramatic “The X Factor” live results show after delivering an emotional rendition of “I’d Rather Go Blind” by Etta James during the “save me” round on Thursday (December 8)- watch videos below.

Both Simon Cowell and L.A. Reid saved their pupils, leaving their fate in the hands of the most unqualified people for the job – Paula Abdul and Nicole Scherzinger. How did Nicole even get hired as a judge? Oh yeah, Cheryl Cole’s thick accent and lack of chemistry with Paula.
After two weeks in the bottom 2, Paula finally decided to send Marcus home, while Nicole refused to do her job, sending the two contestants to deadlock.
Nicole said: “I can’t make this decision because … I know how it feels and I love and adore both of you,” she said. “I have to go to deadlock.”
“That means the judges lose their power and we look back at how you at home voted,” Steve said. “The act that got the lowest amount of votes will be leaving the competition.”
The whole point of having the bottom two contestants sing for their lives is to be able to evaluate their potential under pressure and how hard are they willing to fight for what they want. The singer with the least number of votes doesn’t always go home because the judges are supposed to judge based on their “save me” performances.
The X Factor Villain Nicole Scherzinger Booed On Stage (Meltdown VIDEO)
Those are the rules of the competition. Little Rachel proved with her incredible emotional performance that she deserved her spot in the semi-finals next week. While Marcus, who had been in the bottom 2 twice before, failed to impress once again.
Poor Rachel suffered a heartbreaking meltdown on stage before mentor Simon Cowell and her mother came to comfort her, while host Steve Jones just look awkward and helpless. Rachel was mature enough to compose herself to speak.
“I love you so much, everybody, for voting for me and thank you for giving me this because without you I am nothing,” Rachel said. “I hope this is not my ending. I know it’s not and I will go so far. I promise you!”
Then Simon spoke: “She went out on the highest she could have gone out,” he said. “We’re going to be hearing a lot more from Rachel Crow, I can give you my word on that.”
Marcus might as well just give up after he sent home two incredible singers, Drew Ryniewicz and Rachel Crow, because there’s no way America will vote for him to win the competition now.
And he can thank Paula Abdul and Nicole for not doing their damn job, keeping him in the competition and acting like horny teenagers. The two female judges created all this drama!
Sweet Rachel’s career has just started and I’m pretty sure we will hear a whole lot more about her in upcoming years. The girl has so much potential. This is not the end but just the beginning. Good luck, Rachel!
