Former “The Hills” stars, Spencer Pratt and Heidi Montag, have allegedly rejected the offer to be part of VH1’s new reality show “Relationship Rehab”. Those two fame-wh*res actually said “NO” to an opportunity to somehow get back in the spotlight. I’m shocked!
